When I dropped off, no one was there. Then I received a call from UHaul telling me I dropped it off to the wrong U-Haul and I had to bring it to a different location. There is no jack on these trailers and I cannot pick it up be myself. I dropped off by detaching my hitch. I was then told I'd be charged for another day. That situation was frustrating and unfair. Not happy with end of trip

Fast, friendly! Everything was perfect! I have used them several times and will continue using them in the future.
Chris SThe check out process was super easy. 24/7 Online process was great. No blankets were left in the truck at time of pickup. Tried calling location multiple times. Left message and never got a return call. The truck barely had any gas in it.
