Douglas L.The issuing of the UHAUL at the Cadillac location was absolutely excellent. However, though I paid for THE RENTAL / ADDITIONAL materials on the preorder site, it was not in her system. Only the reservation was there for her to see. And, she could not see any material items that I'd ordered AND PAID FOR. So, she rung up the UHaul separate, and I paid for it separate. And, she run up the materials, and I paid for those separately, too. Tha place WAS EXCELLENT, but the online part of it was not good.
