The True Value employees were very nice and helpful. Helped me connect trailer and guide my car up the flatbed. However, I do not understand the reason for neighborhood dealers when there is a massive Uhaul coprorate location less than 1-mile down the road. I'd rather load the car in the big wide open lot at the official uhaul location instead of a cramped shopping center lot. I'll still recommend it because the employees were very helpful.
