Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Staff was friendly and personable. Van was great on gas and the ride was comfortable! Extremely happy with my experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey said they "could not find" my already selected drop off location so they set my allowed miles as nowhere near enough to get to my destination, causing me to get massively overcharged after dropping of.
Christofer CInstrument panel light was on flagging low tire pressure. I tried filling it with air at a gas station but it seemed capped at 65 lbs. I gave up after a couple of tries. Also, the key fob would not fit in the key return box. I called U-HAUL and found a solution. Overall a nuisance but not a big deal.

Brian BRent HERE! Elric - the manager - is pleasant and easygoing. The location is quiet and convenient!
