William W.Gentleman was very helpful, and welcomed my family to the area
Deirdre C.I was dropping the trailer off late, near 10:00 p.m., and as I was pulling in, right after their parking lot was full of fire trucks and police cars from a rescue across the street, the most helpful gentleman in the entire world came out and showed me where he wanted me to put the trailer, and standing outside of my window, was giving me specific directions and instructions in even turning the steering wheel to put the trailer exactly where it needed to go. He helped me to remove it from the hitch since there's no way I could have done it myself, he was an amazing, helpful person, and the online rental was also wonderful.
