When I made my reservation I requested to have a live person. When I got there the man who worked at the auto shop was zero help and told me that I had to download an app in order to unlock my rental. I did that and as I was having to bypass all these prompts I had to get verified by two people. So many issues that made me late for my pickup.

The guy was not there. Delayed me hours upon getting my keys finally after getting with uhaul support which were super helpful. The customer support from uhaul which before today I had never dealt with was fantastic but the lack of consideration from the secondary provider, delayed me hours moving into my first apartment, and is now setting me off track forcing me to spend now more money to finish moving in as I wasn't able to finish.
