How U-Haul Reviews WorkWoah, charged for double the time, trailer was not up to mto standards, I could pull the hitch off the ball cause it was missing the whole top half to lock the unit on the ball, chains were double the length they should be, crossed fingers I would make it
jordan mIf expecting help .. don't.. there was a lack of knowledge from the attendant.. but we got through it. Equipment was good.
Phil RProcess is repetitive and should be easier to pick up.
Joe DBetter customer service. We returned trailer yesterday and received a call today asking if we returned it. We spoke to attendant yesterday when dropping off. Very long process to pick up rental and would never return to this location.
