Extremely Disappointed – Fraudulent Overcharging and Unresolved Refund I am writing this to warn other consumers about a highly concerning billing practice at this location. I was wrongfully charged an extra $35 for fuel, despite filling the vehicle completely and returning it with more gas than it initially had. When I contacted customer service to address this error, I was told I needed to return to the store in person to present photographic evidence of both the fuel gauge and the odometer before and after my trip. I complied with this request, drove back to the establishment, and provided the exact photographic proof they required. Management reviewed the evidence, admitted the mistake, and explicitly promised that my money would be refunded immediately. To date, I have still not received my refund. This is completely unacceptable business conduct. Holding onto a customer's money after acknowledging a billing error borders on predatory behavior. Most people do not thoroughly audit their final receipts, and it feels as though this business relies on that fact to quietly overcharge unsuspecting customers. Please check your statements carefully when dealing with this business. I will be Escalating this issue to corporate management and reporting it to consumer protection agencies if my refund is not processed immediately.
