How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe cup on our trailer was too tight to unscrew. Unfortunately at this point they had already checked us in without confirming the trailer had come off. They had no tools or WD-40 that could have helped. They told us that they would transfer our trailer drop-off to newmarket and we had to go there to get it removed. So we had to go back in the opposite direction we were heading, when we get to newmarket, they remove the trailer, but have not received a transfer from TK Home Bradford. TK Home had not checked that we could drop the trailer there and instead had sent us blindly to a location they are not even permitted to transfer to. In the end, we had to drive back to Bradford and significant time and energy was wasted. Overall, extremely disappointing experience and more frustration going here than it was worth.

Andrew SThe u-haul agent didn’t know that I had rented the trailer for 7 days and submitted a payment to my credit card. He then told my son who had returned the trailer for me that I had only rented it for 1 day. I have a contact for 7 days and no other payment should have happened because my contact states payment will be processed on the return of the trailer and it was returned in same condition that I had it picked up on. I feel there is lack of communication between u-haul locations and the company that processes the information. I hope that this gets straightened out and that I am not charged for an extra day because it was returned on time.
