The app kept erroring out when trying to do the self pickup. Instead of a lock box code, I had to find the location office to get the keys, then I couldn't upload the photos or enter starting fuel and mileage at pickup. This is also the second time in a week that I have reserved a van and been offered an "upgrade" to a box truck, which is the same rental price as a van is anyway. The first time was around the corner at the Mass Ave Location. I specifically requested a van each time because the locations I was loading in and out are very difficult with the box trucks, there is a backup camera in the van, and there are no cameras in the trucks. It's not an up-sell if the replacement vehicle has the same daily rate to begin with!
