Not only was no one there during business hours, the truck was on empty with the gage reading “one mile to empty.†Needless to say, the truck ran out of gas before I could get a half of a mile down the road. Totally inexcusable and unacceptable.

Fix the bugs in the app itself with pickup and drop off. I rented for two days and only needed one day but I haven't gotten reimbursed yet
Bryan H.The truck itself was fine but, the appliance dolly, hand dollies and pads that were reserved with the truck were not available. I had to go to 5 different locations to find a dolly. No appliance dollies were available at any of the locations. If you allow a customer to reserve equipment it should be available when you go to pick it up.
