The truck was overall clean but the back had the smell of a dead bird or rodent. I found a dried stain on the deck that was the source of the smell. It looked (and smelled) like someone cleaned a dead critter off the deck but didn’t get the puddle of goo and it dried/crusted to the floor. The spot was about 4”x6” and on the left side of the tailgate just inside the door. I poured bleach on the dried puddle and let it sit for a while. That helped with the smell and I was able to wipe away the goo but overall, it probably should’ve been done before I picked up the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would have appreciated more of a notice that the equipment I ordered was unavailable, or at least more so than two days prior to pick-up. Especially since it was already previously confirmed. I also would have appreciated some kind of option for resolution to make up for the storage space that they were suddenly unable to supply, such as an additional trailer or small truck, or at least offer some kind of a discount.

David BThe location was good, but U-Haul owes me $10 for the utility dolly since no utility dolly was provided, even though I paid for one. This was very inconvenient for my move, since I needed the bigger dolly. The person at Adhesions Vinyl was great though and gave me a regular dolly to use instead. I still need a refund for the larger dolly though.
Bryan MU-Haul needs to do a little additional maintenance to this truck. Being an Intown truck this might not be noticed, but after 20 minutes, the service tire inflation system, warning, pops up. The second day the AC started, shutting off randomly. But other than that, it seem clean and well-maintained.
