Absolutely terrible experience with this U-Haul location. Despite my reservation stating a 10:00 AM pickup, the store didn't even open until 10:20. I didn't get my truck until after 11:00 AM - over an hour late, completely throwing off my moving schedule. The staff showed no urgency or concern for the delay and offered zero communication or apology. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a rental company. If you value your time or need a reliable moving experience, I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

Uhaul's system was down for a while, but the staff were really nice and patient. They made sure to get everything taken care of for me when the system worked again.

Thomas KThese people do not know what they are doing at all. Nice but not helpful at all.. trailer was parked in a horrible spot. Thank god I had a friend that knew how to drive and hook up the trailer for me. These people were no help at all.. seemed more interested in selling old antique furniture.
