I wanted to pick up truck in Springfield but they did not have the size truck needed. I was told to go to a Lebanon location and upon arrival they were closed and I had no access to the truck. I had to call UHaul and was sent to Bardstown location which was 20 miles out of the direction I was moving.

We were told online we could pick up at 8am the store didn't open till 9. The unaul rep didn't shown up till well after 9:30 has the mak many phone calls to get the truck. The dollys we rented online were not available at try location then was charged for them anyway. The furniture and appliances dolly. The truck was much older then the other two that never left the lot and was very hard to deal with over the ones that were newer and had to have driven better. Over all not happy at all.
Martha H.It so much the location as to contract. Had to return back to location to avoid additional fees. Robert the Bardstown scheduler was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. Next time it will be Penske for sure!
