Agent was very friendly and knew his stuff, while he was checking me in, he was multitasking and renting a truck to someone else. Normally I would have problem with this, but he was so efficient it all went smoothly for both of us!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery friendly staff, no action needed.
Jonathan AThe workers need to be more kind ,understanding especially the other place deli foods vegetarian their rude ,I had to go to 3 places to get s truck . U haul in banning didn't have a truck reserved for me ,I just got lucky again the last place I went to.
Eva MWhen we picked it up he told us we didn’t need to put gas in it and then he charge us for gas. I know that the truck will never get the gas put in it.
