Small tiny parking lot, random location about 8 miles out of town adding into your total mileage amount that you pay for specifically. Not to mention the cell phone service is absolutely atrocious. It took about an hour alone to get the self check out pages to load at all to obtain the vehicle. I would not recommend this to anyone, just wait until one of the buildings are open during the day in town. Or just seek help from a friend if possible, because the price of the service is not worth it anyway. To rent the truck you pay $40 which may seem fantastic, until you’re charged an additional $100 or more just to drive the thing anywhere.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave the equipment that was ordered. I paid 12.00 for a two wheel dolly and did not get one, also got a dirty truck with disgusting used blankets and trash, super gross cab and an extra hour of dinking around just to try and register pictures. Explain upfront if a location is not maned and has next to zero cell service for the app. It was almost as though you didn’t want pictures uploaded so you could blame the next person for damage.
Matthew MIt is vey difficult to check in and out at the location due to bad cell service. It is necessary to stand close to the restaurant to get any cell service. The whole process then takes a significant amount of time due to not being able to properly communicate with the U-Haul app.

John NLock box very problematic. If (bar) wouldn’t have been open (to assist), I may have been unable to get keys and use the van. Warning indicator “On” the entire trip. Windshield had layer of dust and many bugs - not clean. U-Haul App was TERRIBLE. Kept locking up and I had to start over.
