I was called and told that my truck came in late even though I made it there 15 minutes before it was time to turn it in and it was never added to the system that the truck was turned in

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented a truck on September 7th for approximately two hours. When I picked up the truck, it had no gas at all, so I had to pay for gas myself before I could use it. I have not received any reimbursement for this expense. My understanding is that the truck should be provided with gas, and I should only be responsible for replacing the amount of gas I used during my rental period. Could you please look into this and reimburse me for the gas I had to put in when I picked up the truck?
PAULA BThis was the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul. My original location did not have my truck and then I got sent to this location. The people who worked at both locations were so unhelpful and unaware how to do their job. Will not be using this location or 7045 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80224, USA. All I got was a $50 credit to my account which was not close to enough to make this situation better.
ARIELLE OThis was supposed to be a cell phone pickup. However, that was not working and eventually just brought me to a screen with an 800 number to call for assistance since the app process could not figure out how to get me through the pickup process. Thankfully the worker at the gas station was able to pull up my information and help me. Additionally, the truck I picked up had only about a quarter tank of gas in it, so I was forced to put in more gas than I actually needed for my trip since we are supposedly required to return it with at least three quarters of a tank of gas.
Mary RI had problems with the application and did not review the contract correctly. They charged me extra miles, the team had more than the ones marked in the contract
