The customer care there was excellent, very friendly people. Especially the lady. Even helped me navigate the app, (I'm not great with all the online stuff lol) but overall 10/10 if I get another uhaul, it will definitely be from these guys.

John MThe system was down I was in a hurry and had to wait because of that. I also booked online a one way rental but when ready to return at a drop off the only location was where I picked up so I had to tow empty trailer back when I didn’t need to
David NAll done well…agent was a great help!
kathleen pU Haul shifted my pickup location across town without consulting me first. The new location did not have the furniture dolly or 24 furniture pads that i reserved. This location was also inconvenient and a much longer drive from where i had originally reserved the equipment.
