It was very easy to schedule, over the phone, the trailer that met my exact needs for moving a treadmill. The staff at the pickup location were very friendly, leaving me with confidence that there would be no issues during the treadmill re-location.
jerry eThe employees at the pickup location were friendly but the front desk attendant struggled with English. Additionally, I believe she may have been new as the reservation system seems quite daunting to her as she had to FaceTime her manager to assist her. Furthermore, at one point she shad her finger fully inserted in her mouth while she was trying to figure out the reservation system and then handled my ID which was not ideal. Overall it was a friendly experience. Just took significantly longer than I anticipated…… About 30 minutes in total before beginning the process to drive off the lot. There was also a language barrier about them needing to attach the trailer.
IAN PTrailer, had wheel strap broke off. Wasn't able to ratchet down wheel without using additional straps from my truck. Passenger side brake light and blinker were intermittent.
