I drove only 20 miles and they charged me for 60 miles. My town is way too small for me to drive 60 miles on a move.

I didn't get a receipt and the guys didn't speak English.
whitney L.Well I about got charged another $235.00 for some reason. We was supposed to pick up the U-Haul at Noon but called to have the time extend to 1pm. So I dropped it off around 1pm. So I'm confused on why I was about to get charged another $235.00?? Other than that it was good.

Michael D.The vehicle had a dirty windshield and was given to me with a quarter tank of gas. The attendant barely spoke English and had no idea what he was doing, needing to call someone else to be walked through the rental steps. From the time I got in to leaving was over a half hour. The contract was made wrong and said that I had the truck for 2 hours when I had reserved it for 6 hours. Get a truck from literally anywhere else in Appleton. Shame on U-Haul for allowing this establishment to represent them.
