Equipment was not clean, strap on trailer was broken, truck window was so dirty we had to clean it first. No washer fluid we bought some filled it and it still didnt work. The store was dirty and not a pleasant smell. Forgot to add trailer to our order but charge us for it.

I had the authorized driver drop it off at this location at around 6pm last night. The man at the counter said he would get that taken care of and we would get an email in about ten minutes after. He proceeded to try and convince my authorized driver (my mom) and my dad who was there to pick her up to go to the bar that's apparently there or that maybe he manages? Anyways, it never went through probably because he got distracted and so my truck was active til about fifteen ago. I talked with customer support this morning and she told me to contact again if it still was active after lunch so just a bit I go I contact customer support again and they had to message the location and tell them to close it out.
TORY JPerson there had no idea what they were doing. I had a 7 am reservation and wanted be to come back in an hour. I told them no. Figure it out. It took them over 30 minutes to get me on the road
Scott SThe truck ran fine for a truck of its kind. No mechanical issues. The inside was dirty but acceptable. But I was VERY annoyed when they had NO packing blankets for me. I had to load the truck immediately and I could not have done so without the blankets. Very frustrating. The attendant spoke very poor English and seemed not to care. Fortunately, I went to the U-Haul location on Wisconsin Ave in Appleton WI and they helped me. They were great.
Mark ZFurniture Dolly and blankets both missing. Acquiring key took a while, even after online check in process, which was not seamless (pictures failed to upload several times)
