This vendor, A to Z Auto Sales, charged me $54 dollars additional for gas, I went 20 miles and had 7/8 of a tank left and I started with 7/8 of a tank. I called them directly and they said I have to call U Haul, they will not talk with me. Now I am on with UHaul Customer Service. Now the area manager will be contacting me directly for resolution. I hope this get resolved. It's sad when a vendor takes advantage of its Customers like this. The pick up went well, the lady was courteous and helped me out. But today, the vendor, A to Z Auto Sales basically gave me the middle finger when I tried talking to them.

I guess I wasn’t too happy that I was charged a $10 gas charge since I put $5 in the tank to bring the level back to where it was . A little under the 3/4 mark where it was when I started out the day.
William RWorker was late when we picked it up. Very unorganized. Didn’t have keys ready for us.

LEIDIS MThis location was not open when we dropped the trailer earlier than expected during a snow storm. Not an issue at that time. I had trouble doing a return through my phone due to some automated location stuff not working on my phone, but the U-Haul corporate people I called indicated that the facility would take care of it the next day. THEY DID NOT!! They didn't even know the trailer was there. There were only 2 U-haul units in the lot when we dropped ours around 6pm. We placed it right next to the other trailers and took photos. Two or three phone calls over the next 7 days and a trip for me back to the facility to confirm the trailer was indeed still there - finally got the issue resolved. They had no idea there was an unaccounted for trailer in their small lot. The phone number for their facility in the U-haul records/online is incorrect. I had left messages for them but they never got them. Even U-Haul couldn't reach them due to invalid phone numbers. I would not recommend unless their information within the Uhaul system is updated with proper contact info.
