The trailer was never returned from the previous renter. So there was no trailer for me to rent. They tried to contact the he to no avail. They tried to find a replacement and send me to an other location that had one. The brake line was damaged and it was not available. They had a 5x9 that just come in. So I rented it, it was smaller then the one I reserved. It didn't matter by that time. 3 hours later I had a trailer. I want to say that your rental system online is not very good. It took me hours to find a rental. It said they had it. So being who I am I called to be sure. Either they don't rent trailers or it was not available. Ended going through the 800 number. Still when I go to get it, no trailer. Do you take into account that the previous renter might keep it for a longer period of time. I think not. So my experience was not a good one.JOSEPH C.

I was not given any paperwork...was told his printer wasn't work, and I didn't receive any via email either as he stated I would. I was not told to gas up the truck, and was charged $4.50 per gallon when dropped off... I was not instructed about mileage limit, so was charged extra for 17 miles over. And was not told how to get truck emergency flashers to turn off, so took 20 minutes to find the lever. Was not told how to open and close the ramp in back and had to get someone to help at the storage unit. This experience was frustrating and cost me more money than it should have. I am not sure I will use U-haul again.DEBRA B.
The trailer I rented should not be in service. Extensive rust makes the decking hazardous. Taillights are rusted out. Crank for raising the trailer tongue is nearly impossible to crank.Timothy N.

The computer system at Shopper Supply is always slow and seams like they're always having problems with it. Didn't matter if the reservation was made online or in person. Two times I have rented equipment from this location, there have been problems with their system. I went in person last month and had to walk out and go somewhere else because they were unable to make the reservation due to problems with their system. This last rental, the damages were more extensive then Uhaul had noted. Glad I took the time before leaving to look at the pictures and notes sent to me from Uhaul and that I took plenty of my own pictures of the pre existing damages to the equipment.CHARLENE Z.

I was first told that my truck was out of service then I was told it was not then when I got in the truck the tire pressure was low and I had to go get air in the tires. When I return the truck I was told just leave the keys on the counter and I could leave. Still have not received my statementDAVID E.
Pretty ridiculous when you rent a car dolly for less than a day, And then U-Haul decides 22 days later to charge you $531in late fees and $70 in wrong destination drop off. Nobody called the drop off location to see if it was there They just decided to take money out of my account. Never tried to get in contact with me.... Did not get the trailer I setup the day before. I was supposed to get it at and no one could open until 10 am then there was line that took almost an hour process. Terrible service. The one soul that had to face all the pissed off customers did a good job, but your system needs some tweaking.ROBERT B.

For the second time using the app, my pick up location was moved on the day of pick up. I booked a truck literally around the corner from my house and the pickup location was moved to a location 10 miles from where I wanted to pick up. To add frustration, I went to the place where I was supposed to pick up the truck and it was there, ready to be picked up, but I was not able to obtain it. I signed a contract that said if my contract was altered by UHaul, I will be paid $50. I expect to hear back from someone about compensation. I will do my best to avoid using UHaul ever again.JOE P.
Check out went well. Bent rim on the trailer. Return was not great. Their Uhaul system was down so I was not able to get a receipt showing I only rented for a day. I was told don't worry we will take care of it. The following day my card was billed for two days instead of one. Called that eve and was in hold for over 5 min with no help. Called back the next day and was on hold for over 15 min. Store worker said she would look into to getting fixed and would call me back. No follow up since. Also no credit to my card. I've rented uhaul vehicles and trailers several times. And also from this location once or twice. This time I had too long of a time waiting for them to sign up for the trailer. The customer registering at the desk went through the same process I'm about to describe, and didn't even have a driver's license and wasted all that time. The clerk should check first thing to see if the customer is eligible to rent a vehicle. When it was my turn, the process was terribly slow. The young man seemed not to be able to navigate the computer system with any speed. And then when trying to photograph my license, it took many efforts to upload because the cell reception was so poor. They need to get better cell reception in the building. The young fellow that met me at the trailer to hook it up did not check the lights until I called him back to do it. He also did not secure the rubber safety catches on the safety chains at all. This is pretty poor service that needs to be corrected by training. The best person I have dealt with there is a young lady named Blue. She was quick, thorough and totally safety minded with the connection of the trailer to my Cherokee Latitude. I won't rent from them again unless she's there, or there is nothing else available.RONALD S.

Gas tank was almost empty. Lucky I made it to the gas station to fill tank. Mileage indicator showed rear tire pressure was low and could not easily get picture of actual mileage, which starting mileage was incorrect. App would not allow me to finish checking unit back in and had to utilize attendant to check in. Whole process was unpleasant.Gregory G.
