The u-haul trailer part that has the coupler is too low to the ground.
Jaleesa E.Things were going great until location computer froze up, they called U-Haul tech support, they had same problem, called Edward or Ed, he had problem but found a way to get contract complete. Location implied that computer system has problems. They were very calm and professional. The trainee was listening to her supervisor and followed all instructions. After that all went well. I have been at other businesses who's employees had no idea what to do. They overcame a difficult situation. They were polite and helpful.
