I rented 12 blankets for a move, I was told I could return them at a u-haul near my new location. I told the manager I was using a container moving company and it would probably be 3 weeks or so before i could return them. he said that was okay and there would be no additional charges. I ended up being charged an additional $63 late fees since I didn't return them within 72 hours. This was never mentioned. I did rent a truck for one day and that went as expected. The good ratings above reflect that experience. As for the blanket rental; U-haul simply ripped me off.

julie kNot sure of his name, but wasn't very friendly. Didn't get any paperwork and wasn't informed what truck it was, had to try all trucks and eventually go ask. Then when we asked to update to a 20ft, it showed we rented both 15 and 20ft and we didn't. Also the customer support 800 number had a really long wait time. Wasn't feasible to wait that long when doing a mobile pick up. Thankfully they were still in store but other than that, would not recommend.
