How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent customer service!
JESSICA MThe location was closed but we found the drop off box behind the building. We were charged for the utility dolly that we didn’t receive but I called him and he was quick to remedy the charge.
Jillian LMy over all experience was superb. When I went to put gas in the truck, it all spilled in the floor. I was very scared and smelled like gasoline. The truck did its job. Just had something broken in the gas tank that freaked me out.
IRINA UKeep the combination lock, offer a key and lock.
