There were no personnel present and the animal corral that is the designated spot for dropping off the trailer is not set up in a way that you can easily back a trailer into it without blocking the road. So we had to leave the trailer outside of the corral and no one confirmed that they had received it.

How U-Haul Reviews Workthanks
Tom eVery easy to pick up and drop off. Did an "after hours" pickup, gate code was emailed to me and worked efficiently. Truck was ready and clean. Drop-off was equally efficient.
Mark BThe place couldn’t tell me if there would be one available, even if I secured one online because they had none and corporate charges them for fuel to transport one from the nearest other u-hall place which was an hour away. So I was uncertain if I was going to have to find a ride to Lakeview Or. or if I’d have one waiting for me on the agreed online agreement. But yes indeed there was one waiting for me when I showed up! Nice people but corporate obviously makes it hard on them because of their location. Overall I’m 100% satisfied!👍
Caleb PZack was very helpful and has excellent customer relations skills.
