for my move date the only option was for the mobile pick up. the app was a little hard to use, the only way to get to the next step was to go back several times. overall not very user friendly but once we got through the mobile pickup process, the u-haul worked perfectly for my move.

Stephen oInside was dirty and salesman was rude.
Kathy JWe dropped off after hours, so we didn't interact with the staff. There isn't a n/a option.
Kendra WI dropped off after closing so did not interact with staff. More signage would be helpful to know you are in the right place. I was familiar with the app - which made it a smooth experience.
