I probably didn't read everything I should have read, which led to me being very confused during the return process. I arrived and the gates were closed. Thankfully, someone else had arrived at the same time and was able to open the gate with a code (I later found the email or text message--don't recall which--that had the gate code in it). I also had problems using the website to return the equipment--it was asking for my location and it took me nearly 1/2 hour to allow the website to see my location. Very frustrating. I was finally able to call someone who verified that the equipment had been returned correctly.
