The staff at this location needs some customer service training. When I returned the vehicle, the gentleman barely said a word to me; went out to look at the vehicle; came back in and was still silent. When I asked him if everything was ok, be basically grunted at me; said something I couldn't understand, and gestured for me to go. That location also is filthy; overflowing trash bins all the time.

Wilson JCustomer service / operations at pickup was a disaster. No one inspected the trailer other than to take a photo of the number. The self service quality of it was a demerit.
Woodward CTerrible I payed the $76 cost to rent a 10 ft truck. Next day $466 gets taken out of my account. Great business… right?
Watson TThe worst pickup location I've ever been. Person in charge wasn't there at the time of pickup. I wasted an hour to be able to pickup the truck. Never recommend this place.
