Don't leave it on empty and then charge a fuel charge… what fuel? It was empty
Luz N.The customer service was great. She was able to fix our issue with the equipment in a friendly and helpful manner. The equipment was our issue. The fuel tank had been siphoned off and the fuel level was not correct. The tubes had been cut off and left in the tank, preventing us from filling the tank. Luckily we where only a block away when we discovered this. She removed the tubes within a minute of us coming back to the yard. Very friendly and quick.
Brent Q.They are having trouble with people siphoning gas, but we got a gas credit and it helped us out, drove an hour away And the bill was around $200. Consider investing in a fence or second garage... But to be honest, y'all do well, thanks for your help! I'm glad so much of this is online now.
