The main problem was finding the entrance to Mike's. Google says to turn left on "Texas Street" which is not posted, and which is not really a street. - just the gravel drive that leads to several buildings off the highway. A UHaul sign under MIke's would help. The location is very handy for both Corvallis and Albany. So I hope you can increase the visibility and access. The employee at Mike's knew exactly how what to do, called my attention to details, advised me to take photos of the truck before leaving. On return, he listened to my problem with the fueling. Only suggestion is that he should advise customers to check the gas guage against the contract, or better to do it himself to be sure. See below. The other concern is not related to the location. The amount of fuel registered in the computer was way off from the actal amount in the tank. And the amount to 'refill' showing on the diagram on the contract was way off in the other direction. I almost ran out of gas on the way to the destination, then overfilled the tank by at least two gallons before starting back. So the contract said 5/16; the actual was ~3/16; and I returned the truck with 3/8-7/16. PLUS, I had paid $5.00 for extra coverage that said it allowed for a minor shortfall in fuel, up to 3 gallons. So overfilling had an additional sting. Special thanks to the dispatcher in Springfield who called to tell me about the new location. The promotional discount really helped the elderly woman whom I was helping with the move.

Julia GWhile the staff there did their best to accommodate us and help with the check-in process, including using a direct line to customer support, it took an unusual 30 minutes to get the vehicle out of the lot. This place was unfortunately apparently not well prepared for the rental.
Ryan HMikes Corvallis Bargain Center was amazing. The negative impact to my experience was mainly from the online ordering process. My wife filled out the rental form, and the only extra we wanted was an appliance dolly. When we picked up, there were also 2x orders for packs of moving blankets/pads. I didnt know they were not intended to be on the order, and initially forgot to drop them back off (unopened) with the truck at the return. I returned with them later in the day, and still have yet to see the return of $106 charged for them. Also, we were charged an additional hold of $54 for a late return, which the rentals are supposed to be a 24 hour/1Day rental, and the equipment was returned within that time frame.
Jeremy HDifficult to pick up the vehicle. The person at the local business didn’t know what to do. Someone had to drive over to meet me and help. I had to wait for an hour in the hot gravel hot before I could leave with my vehicle. I also didn’t do the check in myself, so I didn’t know the “agreed upon” amount of gas I should leave the vehicle with, and got charged $80 just for gas. This wasn’t a good experience at all.
