I did have an issue with billing so I went back to Uhaul to see if this could be rectified Brianna took care of the issue asap! I great appreciate her doing this and calling back personally Very nice touch Thank you Brianna and Uhaul!!!!

Keith JPOOR experience overall. To start, the vehicle was buried in the back of the lot and my Fiancé was instructed to go get it, not great customer service. Then upon arriving at the vehicle he noticed the vehicle was VERY dirty inside, had leftover equipment (handcart), air fresheners, etc. It was clearly not touched or prepped by UHAUL staff upon return. To top it all off, when we planned on returning the vehicle a couple days later, we were impacted by a snow storm so had to delay a day for returning the vehicle. We find out our initial quoted billing based on the daily rate and mileage (close but less than estimated) totally changed and put us in a different pricing tier, truly a BAIT-and-SWITCH. To sum up our experience as loyal UHAUL customers; the vehicle was terrible, customer service was terrible, and poor business practices were deployed. NOT IMPRESSED.

Atif SEquipment dirty. Couldn’t use app to pickup truck. Customer service had me changing settings on my phone and still took up to an hour to resolve so I could pick up truck. Although she was very nice and helpful, No discount was offered, only an apology.
Corbett LThe equipment smelled like smoke. Lighters were left in the vehicle and signs of marijuana were left - seeds and stems. Had to spray down the vehicle with Lysol.
Paul OI went to the location two days in advance and made a reservation. I wanted to pick up the truck an hour before the location opened and they said I would get an email telling me how to access the key. I never got one from U-Haul and had to wait for the location to open to get a truck. I ended up being an hour and a half behind schedule. Other than that the truck was fine.

Gene PDont forget the stuff ordered tonout in the backnof the truck like the utility and furniture dolly rentals as well as the furniture pads ordered. Otherwise, everything else is just superb client service. Overall, satisfied! I have been renting here ever since and so far so good. I cannot judge one human error mistake for the overall satisfaction. Great facility, great staff, great truck, and excellent customer service indeed!

Achaunte MCustomer service was very good in person and on the phone. The truck needs to be retired. It was loud, the brakes questionable and I was unable to adjust the seat. I have had multiple rentals from this location without problems.
Mayess TI reserved hand truck and dollies. Although I reserved, they were all given away. I was not told, first come first serve. I was not told the location did not have utilities truck.
Rosemarie GDon’t understand how a quote online can be different from the actual charge at the rental location. I would expect a quote online to be honored at the rental facility.
Richard YThe truck was broken. The heat did not work. Road side did his best but the vehicle was not repair. I was I. The cold for few hours while he was trying to repair vehicle. I was told I would receive a full refund. Not only did I not get a refund but I was charged $197.79 and $45.97. This is unacceptable.
Kijuana WI had a hard time logging into the system the morning of the pick up. It would be nice to have the option of setting up the rental without having to use the internet/smart phone. I kept losing signal throughout the process. It took me 20 minutes to finally get into the truck. I understand this is the future but it would be nice to have another option. The truck's heat blower was not working. This would not be a problem except for the fact it was in the mid 30's when I picked up the truck. The truck was very clean and did run well.
