The only issue I had, was when I tried to pickup truck and app would not accept my photo. It said it wasn't me. After several attempts it finally went through. After that my experience with haul was awesome!Rossana J.

Do not advertise pickup locations when they're not even valid locations. I was to receive a call the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck in Eldersburg, MD. I never received that call. I went online to check the status of my order and noticed the changed my pickup location to the Red Run Blvd address. I called Uhaul and they informed me that the Eldersburg location that I requested was not even a valid location for one way rentals. I would have really been pissed if I would have showed up there to pick up the truck and found out I had to go to another location 25 minutes away. The rest of the process was uneventful.Larry D.

Definitely not well maintained. The truck they rented to me was horrible. The passenger side rearview mirror became loose and would not stay in place. It's very hard to drive a box truck on the highway (changing lanes) with one mirror or to back up. I felt I was provided an unsafe vehicle.I called the rental location and they said I could stop in a nearby Uhaul dealer. They did tell me the mirror just needed tightened. Luckily I had my toolbox with me and tighted it - unfortunately while dirive back it got loose again. When I went to drop off the truck I asked for a discount (reduce the cost per mile) but they said they could not take anything off the price. I would not want anyone else to have to deal with this issue. The trucks alignment was way off and it got maybe 10 miles per gallon (this is a problem because you also had to refill the gas).Joseph Y.

On Sunday.Young lady at front desk need to be replaced. I got back at 3 mins before 4 and once I got out the truck to go to the office she locked the door and hid somewhere because I never seen her until I had to run out after dropping the truck off in order to get out of there because I had no clue how to get out after drop off. She set in the parking lot and watch me looking for n exit out. I had to run out after a truck was leaving. Then she pulled off. Will never recommend this location.Donald C.

Smh couldn't even use it . Came in to talk to the property manager , he would not take responsibility. Says he's not responsible for checking vehicles . Worst rental experience I have ever had. Poorly maintained vehicle with safety issues, rear cargo door left unlocked when U-Haul representative handed off the truck and safety sensor warnings on the dashboard. I was driving the 10' U-Haul truck and the only problem I had was the sideview mirrors. I could not adjust the sideview mirrors as needed to see properly on my left and right hand sides. I had to lean a little to the left to see properly on the left side. I could only use the bottom small mirror on the right side to see any vehicles to my right. When I did adjust the sideview mirrors they went to far inward due to the bracket. I am a former military bus driver 29/45 passenger bus and the side view mirror were a whole lot easier to use and adjust as needed to see on both sides.Thomas A.

The customer service rep ( light skin guy with dreads) was very disrespectful. He said that he did not care about me being his customer and he is only worried about other reservations after me. He refused to answer any questions that I had. He refused to acknowledge me as an customer and he refused he guide me. He was going to charge me double and a half if I arrived a minute late for drop off. This wax a very harsh experience and I will be sure that I will never go back and others that I know because he is rude. The check in form said the truck had almost a quarter tank of gas, but when I turned on the truck there were only fumes left in the tank. I asked the attendance to look at it and he agreed and said I would receive a gas credit at my drop off station. At the drop off station I turned the truck in with half a tank of gas, however the attendant there said there was no such thing as a gas credit. Apparently a U haul scam.Donald M.

The truck can and hold was filthy and stank. The mirrors were nearly impossible to adjust, so it was driven blind. Not safe! The fuel gauge was doesn't work properly, and the fuel didn't shut off automatically, resulting in gas being spilled everywhere when I went to fill the tank. Our governor extended the validity of everyone's expired licenses through July 1st because of covid, but your system wouldn't allow me to rent the truck; my daughter had to come rent it. There's no parking spaces marked where this truck was picked up, so I have no idea whether I returned the truck to the correct space. I had reserved a van, was given a truck with no loading ramp and a higher per mile fee. I have been renting Uhaul trucks for 30 years, and this was the worst experience I have ever had.Amna A.

I've used this location for storage and U-Haul trucks numerous times and I've always found them to be very polite and even if there's a minor issue they have no problem helping you out to the fullest of their extent they're really knowledgeable, fourth right, and very understanding with a few minutes being late just don't forget to fill the gas tank back up have a good dayKaren Z.

The "check-in" process should be easier. I had to take a picture of my driver's license and do a selfie during the check-in process, including adding additional contact information. All of this could have been done when I received the first email confirm my reservation.Craig S.
