They never checked my truck in. Uhaul called me say “you haven’t returned the truck”. Never a problem in the past.

david rTold me the back was dirty. Would not be my issue since I didn't touch the back of the truck. The issue is between the two locations not me. Refund my money and work it out between the two locations.

Messed my driving timing home by a day and hand to pay another day to stay the night so I could return rental in morning. You would think earlier rental return would benefit you,.

bula tYou need to discuss payment when you plan to bill someone for having a trailer there an hour later than planned. I was told it would be no big deal if we were a couple hours late by the rental company I got the trailer from. Then saw I was charged for it today. No discussion was had letting me know I would be billed. I will not rent or return to the Wright City location again. Feels like it was very underhanded!
Kenneth AWas not the location I ordered from- it was 30 miles away and was not informed until the day before. I was also told it would be safe to leave my car there. It was a liquor store with only about 3 parking spots and not at all safe!

CASEY Owe were told the gas tank was 3/4 full, when we got into the truck the gas level was less than 1/2. When we returned the truck we filled it to 3/4 full, and were charged for one gallon. Need to get the math straight. The inside of the truck was filthy. Broken glass in the bed of the trcuk and sticky substance on the floor of the front of the truck.126,000+ miles, you may want to retire this truck !
THOMAS DThe customer service was great at this location. When the computer system had a glitch and overcharged me, the attendant was quick to find the problem and get my refund returned to me. I would use them again.
EDIE CThe business owner was 2 hrs late to work. I waited and finally hooked up the trailer myself as I had already drove 2 hrs to get to the trailer to move a friend that’s in an abusive marriage out of her home. I was then called and told I needed to drive back so they could make sure the trailer was hooked up correctly, which it was. This took even more time out of our moving time. Therefore, I ended up moving her til 11:30 that evening. All around poor transaction. This company shouldn’t be allowed to be a uhaul dealer. I received $50 off for the trailer rental but honestly should have received the whole day free after everything. They didn’t even have the dolly or cloths so I had to return to get those as I rented them as well.

MADONNA AStore opened 20 minutes late. Attentdant was nice and apologetic, but really? I receive multiple messages from uhaul while driving....really? UNSAFE!!!!
Steven LI did mobile drop off at this location which was also not my original drop off location. Changed by U-Haul. The drop box was easily located and parking was easy.
Robert MRear tire had a major gouge in it that needed to be repaired before drove off on trip. Both windshield wipers were repaired at 1st stop after it started to rain.

Darius LTried to use truck/share self pickup. After I finally got the location on my phone to work, the key in my box was the wrong one. The store was not open yet so I had to call and get help. The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful and I finally got the correct key. This put me 45 minutes late for a one day rental. I also rented an appliance dolly but got a smaller, regular one instead. Upon returning the truck the site wouldn’t find my location so I had to find store employee (who was very nice and took care of me) to check me out.

Rickey TThe truck in the storage area was dirty and moving pads were just thrown in the back all over. I had done pre-check-in but had to wait to do a counter check-in. Renter furniture dolly and they did not have one and I have yet to receive a refund. The truck was not filled up and the roof had a hole in it.

There was a location similar to the one provided in a neighboring town with a different zip code but was not going to drive the uhaul all over the countryside looking for it. The guy in Wright City and this store took it in and was very helpful
