Taneka LIt looked like the previous customer must have loaded in a muddy area. The bed and the tailgate had dry mud all over it. It wasn't the usual clean truck we're used to getting.
Scott Zdropped it off walked in she said do you need a receipt i said no as long as you have me checked in. guy sitting in chair behind counter. i ask her where she wanted it. she said where it is fine. im 63 no one offered to come help lift it off. not that i needed it though. i still have not gotten a confirmation email that it was returned.

DAN BI went to get my down deposit and they said "we dont do that here", even though I chose Cash as my refund option. Then they gave me a phone number and the lady helped me on the phone and told me to come back in to collect cash or a check because the lady working there lied to me and they still didn't give me my money. I now have to wait for a check in the mail. A joke of a company and a joke of employees work there please don't drop off at this location. Worst uhaul experience I've ever been a part of and im pissed I still don't have my money.

Nicholas GYour paperwork is ridicules!! You have internet connection from state to state, store to store. Why does the customer have to log onto your site! You have photos of drivers license, photo of vehicle hooked to trailer. PAIN IN THE ASS to rent and return.

Nicole PI was booked at the napoleon location. they double booked my reservation on the day of my move. I was sent to the defiance location as they were the only location with a truck, not what i had ordered. i traveled an extra 20 miles adding to my cost and wasted precious time, my helpers were waiting. you should have a first come first serve reservation policy as your reservation policy is bullshit
Christopher SWhen someone only drives the truck 16 miles and gets charged for 4 gallons of fuel it makes me never want to rent uhaul again. I will stick with penske from now on. I drove 16 miles and had truck back in 4 hours and was charged for 4 gallons. Makes no sense

JAMIE AThis location was absolutely fantastic - they were polite and tried their hardest to figure out the issue that U-Haul had on their corporate/online end. When our truck eventually arrived, they gave us a call to let us know (because we were traveling some distance just to pick up the truck). Checking out the truck was fast and painless. Whatever happened with the previous truck renter (they had changed their drop-off time but it was never updated in the system) eventually threw off our pick up time (by 6 full house, which is huge when trying to move on a schedule). I was given the regional U-Haul customer service phone number to request our $50 guarantee and whomever I spoke to was not pleasant - very short, and I had to repeat several times that I still needed the truck (whenever it would eventually arrived at our pick-up location).

DOROTHY MFor one thing do not advertise for an area something they do not have.I wanted a pick-up got a 10 ft. van when I got there.Plus changed the location. I didn't know til I went to the wrong u-haul..I had just got off work, not happy about that.

BRIAN ZI reserved the truck pick up at one location - 2 days prior to this date I called to confirm my reservation and was told I had to pick it up at another location 1/2 hour away, an hour later than I had hoped. When I arrived to get the truck I was told I could have gotten the keys much earlier because it was an app pick up. I wish trafficking would have relayed this information, but they specifically told me pick up would be 9AM.
LISA BI ordered an appliance dolly and one was not provided with the truck. Dissatisfied that I had to pay for something I didn't use
Rolland DIt would be nice to know how many miles to a gallon the vehicle gets. I was surprised by the power it had to get up and go.
Mark LVery helpful and answered all my questions. Everything was done quickly and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Truck was well maintained and clean.
Lynn SThey did not leave the keys in box for me. Had to call u-haul an waited on line for 20 min and then took them another 30 min to come open up an give me the keys. They called me next day an said my reservation was lost in a cloud somewhere an needed my cc info. I am going to need another uhaul in sept. But debating if I should use a diff company.

David KThis location is excellent. They make it incredibly easy to check in and check out. Best of all is that their trucks are incredibly CLEAN and smell fresh. Always my first choice for a rental! HIGHLY recommend them!

Luz AMy pick up location was change twice including the morning of the pick up. Truck that substituted was way to large. I as told I would be charge at the 10 foot rate and see. $50 credit to my bill. Haven't seen it yet

Cheryl SI have used U-Haul many times and referred my family and friends I am very upset when I scheduled my first pick up at a Lima ohio location for 2:00 Day of rental. Recd and call and was told I can't have till 5 . This unit was rented for 24.95 Since the time wouldn't work. Found one in defiance for 44.95 pulse and extra hour drive out of my way. I was told oh well that happens Not sure if I will use U-Haul again
brian fThe only problem that I encountered with picking up my rental was with the location for picking up the rental. I received one text message as to where I should pick up my rental which was 17 miles away from the nearest U Haul location. I later changed my order to drop the transport trailer since my son was going to handle my car for me. I mentioned that my preferred pick up was a U Haul location just a few blocks away. I did not receive another text message for my pickup location after my change to the order. So on the morning to pick up the rental, I thought by chance the rental would be at my preferred location and it was not. Upon driving to Defiance we encountered a long detour due to a main bridge in the downtown area under reconstruction. In spite of this, I did get my rental and I did get it loaded late in the day but it would have saved me some time if I could have had the rental ready at my preferred location!
Calvin fIt would have been helpful for someone to inspect the hitch, help hook up the trailer, and check lights. The lady who checked us in was pleasant but I didn't expect her to lift the trailer on to the hitch. Otherwise, ok.
Gary CI had a concern with the gas usage for this 10 ft truck. We only drove about 16 miles total yet needed a little over 3 gallons of gas to refill the gas tank. I have doubts the tank was full when we got the truck.
