The customer service was horrible. We made a reservation Saturday and the van was unavailable. They said they could change it to Sunday,and upon arriving on Sunday there was no reservation made. We had to ask if we could get a van that morning because the representative was acting as if there was nothing he could do for us. Then after 30 mins he reserved a truck for us, which is more expert than the van.Malik S.

I made my reservation online requesting a 1 way rental. My confirmation was confirmed as so. When I went to pickup the truck, I was told I can't do a one way at that location. I spoke with a manager in customer service she offered me a truck in Takoma which was 40 additional miles from my current location. I told her it doesn't make sense for me to drive that far. So she canceled my reservation altogether without asking me if i wanted to cancel. The bice lady at my pickup location was able to rent me the truck following the unauthorized cancelationThis ordeal put me off schedule by an hour. Once I got the truck home I lifted the rolling door do discover someone had spilled gasoline inside the bed of the truck. I had to mop the entire bed and allow it air out before I could start loading causing me to know be several hours behind schedule. Also the truck doesn't start properly, something is wrong with the starter. It was a very unpleasant experience and I don't think I will ever use or recommend Uhaul service again.Monica W.

The truck was not ready until 9am when I set my reservation for 8am. So I had to hang around and wait. There was only 1/8 tank of gas in the truck which caused even further delay as I had to get gas before getting started. .Daryl T.

Did not seem to be an efficient location, employees minimally helpful, no blankets were in the truck even though I'd reserved them. Truck was muddy in the cab, but I didn't want to list that in the pickup checklist because it probably wasn't the last person's fault, it was just an accumulation of filth that has never been addressed. The back of the truck still had leaves and yard debris from the previous use. Poorly maintained equipment and parking lot. I would not recommend this location.STEVEN S.

I rented a truck with a mobile pickup but when I got to the location the place was closed. The fenced lot was closed with no access. I had to find another truck with a location twice as far. Wasted an 1.5 hours of my time.MICHAELSCOTT G.

I went online while standing in the parking lot and made a reservation for a 10 foot truck for that present time. When I went back to the window and ask about my rental. Better customer service!! Did not have return slip which i cant confirm i was given. The gentlemen asked why i didnt have it and told me he cant help me then. I eventually was able to return the truck online. A process that should have been 5 minutes turned into almost 45minutes.JEFFERY W.

Slippery stuff inside the truck which causes a person loading to slip and fall. Truck was not clean inside dirty. Also I notice that a backup light cover was missing on truck.Laureatha A.

The milage on the pickup truck I rented was 676. I rented it for about 40 mins. and a total of 19 miles for a total milage readingof 695. I put 1.5 gallons of gas in the tank and when I returned the truck the attendant said they were going to charge for gas shortage. I explained that my milage showed 19 miles usage. At worst the milage would be 13 mpg. I even provided a receipt of the gas purchased 5 minutes ago and she wouldn't even look at it. I ended up paying more money at their pump, and for a total of $11 which would have sufficed for approximately 45 miles. The most disappointing thing thing is that she would not look at my receipt for gas that would show that I more than replaced the 19 miles gas usage that was shown on the odometer. I'm a professional Driver and rent vehicles weekly. This is by far the worst experience if had this year. They couldn't even correct my name on the invoice after I repeatedly informed them it was incorrect. They had my email wrong also. The morning of pickup the truck was vandalized and that location sent me to a different location 20 miles away. Upon arrival this location had no record of my contract, because they screwed up my contract. The attendant and I spent 30 minutes straightening out the mess. Thank you. What should had taken 15 mins was now 2 hrs and my customer is calling me asking me wth I'm I at.... Thanks Uhaul...Leonard H.

Truck was dirty. Could not read the miles on the speedometer to l know i was being charged the right price. speedometer didn't show miles The customer service was great. The process was very easy. But please do better in keeping your trucks maintained and keep clean. During this time..all your trucks should be cleaned before the trucks go out.Tonya M.
