The service that I got from the facility both picking up and returning was horrendous and rude and I was even charged an extra fee upon returning because the original place I rented from didn't have the trailer so I had to go pick it up in another town but was told upon return I could return it locally I was charged over $300 to my account for returning it to where I picked it up instead of where I originally was supposed to rent from you should eliminate your facility in Spooner Wisconsin the service was horrible

But really think maintenance ck oil tires etc should take place before pick up! For safety reasons and delay of moving. My move went pretty good and site pick up very nice and helpful. Would rent again! Also the regional manager Joe in Orr Wi. Was very kind answered question I had to get cleared up!

Paul K.Make sure someone assists hooking and un-hooking. I rented a 6X12 and getting those things on the hitch is not easy. Perhaps having some sort of lift mechanism available would help.
Darren R.We were overcharged an extra day for the truck rental and dollly. We have written 2 emails and telephoned the Uhaul Manager, Joe Hernandez 715.226.5501 to have a converation about remedying the overcharges. He was called last Tuesday, May 10th and we hav yet to hear back from him. This is after speaking with WK in Spooner. This is the poorest customers service I have ever had with UHAUL. We will go to all levels to get our account adjusted for the overcharges. Formerly, I have used UHAUL on HWY 63 at Jordan Appliance and had fabulous, honest and rsponsive customer service. We expect a RESPONSE in regard to the overcharge and we will continue to contact until SOMEONE takes reponsibility to fix this situation. This failure to communicate via phone, text or email in regard to our customer request smells like a scam where customers are unable to have account overcharges remedies. I expect a telephone call no later than May 17th at 715.416.5212 or 715.416.3374 with the name and phone number of a manager qualified to make the overcharge correction. Otherwise, I will report this scam to the Department of Justice Office of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau. Trinke Alexander and Ken Hall. LAKELAND F.I was giving the wrong truck even though I told the lady that I Reserved a different one and she argued with me that I didn't and I had to bring the truck back because I was right and she wasn't when my truck truck was fully loaded and had to unload everything in the yard and bring it back and pick up the right truck it completely ruined my day of moving lost all my help because of it cause of it. Was not happy at all what I had to deal with.

Darren R.Picked up after hours in the dark, limited Cell signal in Spooner, WI, so getting a smart phone to create an account, sign in, pay, get everything took over an hour, and no light to figure out how to pick up keys after hours. When asked earlier in the day how to do this, I was flat lied to how to do it, and what I'd need to do it. Took over an hour, in the dark, mosquito infested night. The reason I had to pick up in Spooner, we because my rental from 2 months ago - no trucks of any size within 80 miles of where I was supposed to pick up. Unacceptable. I rent 2 months in advance and you outsell your fleet to screw me? Really? Finding this out 4 hours before we started driving to the area, unacceptable. Complete change of travel plans to account for picking up 16 hours early and 115 miles from our load spot, instead of the intended 30 miles.

LINDA L.We did not get truck size we requested at the Spooner site. It was an hour north of Spooner. We had to downsize and the truck was buried in 6-8inches of snow. They don't even come out to truck to see if it works. Terrible experience and would never use UHaul again.

charlott O.I made the reservation by phone. I received my information by email. I registered on line, then accepted the mobile phone check in. I maybe missed it, but I did not see Uhaul hyping that feature enough, in my opinion, to those with simple rentals. I found the mobile phone app to be the best. I found the app to be easy to use, and allowed me more flexibility in picking up and returning the vehicle. I felt that Uhaul did an excellent job of communicating. The truck was good. I love the automatic compression assist braking! I did, however find it a little difficult to get in and out of the cab. I had a 20' truck, and would really have liked to have an outside step to help getting in and out.

RICHARD Z.The only thing was the process of picking up the truck. To ask me for a contact name to confirm my credibility was up setting why would I want to steal a u-haul truck! I feel that should have never been asked to me. That was the first time I was asked that from a you. But other than that was ok.
Maureen N.trailer had a water leak in pass side upper front corner. no ones fault but it did fill a cardboard box full of pictures with water. I notified drop off.
