The truck I reserved a 10foot truck 2 weeks in advance and when I got there they didn't have the one I wanted I had to take 20 foot one I tried to get insurance and wasn't able to then when it was time to drop off the truck there was no location I called and they couldn't find one either in my paper work had to be transferred and finally someone help meHeather S.

I rented a uhaul from the uhaul location my city but once a location was selected it was 20 miles away instead of 3 miles like the one in my city. Therefore, I had to pay an additional $25 in mileage and gas. This was an inconvenience.Joel D.

Not happy with outcome of the rental. The location is fine. The U-Haul customer service experience is poor, the explanation of charges and communication of potential additional charges was poor. No one called me to address my concerns as promised when I contested certain charges. I will never rent from U-Haul again nor recommend U-Haul services. Overall truck condition was OK. Windsheild wipers need replaced and made it difficult to see. The vents don't work, so it got hot or you had to run the AC through the defrost function.James B.

As a moving business we've seen Uhaul locations all over the metro and this one is far our favorite location. Consistent, friendly, and helpful.ZACHARY D.
We arrived about 15mins early to pick up the truck, the online check in takes forever though, so if you're in a time crunch, keep that in mind. The owners were especially kind because Uhaul corporate tried to charge us an entire extra day for needing the truck a couple extra hours. The office told us not to worry, just have it back by 8am the next day! Anyways the truck was clean and ready to go when we got there!Cherylann J.

The owner of this dealership at Wise Rentals and Storage in Lee's Summit, Mo was extremely rude and insulting to me when I picked up my reserved truck on 3/28/22. He was obviously stressed because he was the only one working at a busy time and it seemed he was understaffed. He decided to take it out on me by being curt and rude, which then devolved into becoming threatening to me. I asked him why he was being rude and all he could say was that I was "on his turf" and because he was the owner he could do whatever he wanted - whether it was his being rude or not. He continued this abhorrent behavior by threatening to pull the truck reservation from me and refusing my business. I did not, throughout this entire episode, use any vulgar or threatening language except to inquire how an owner of a business could treat a customer this way, especially one who had given him a lot of business in the last year with storage rentals as well as renting trucks on 5 different occasions. I asked him how he purports to run a business this way when he would definitively lose customers as a result. His response to that was to tell me, "You are invited to take your business elsewhere". I am disgusted and angered by this dealership's owner and I will never patronize this dealership ever again. The owner has the disposition and maturity of a 14 year old and should never be allowed to be partnered with Uhaul in any business relationship at all.Richard P.

You could have people working in your office with good Customer Service Skills at this location. The two ladies they were very unprofessional. I have never felt so disrespected in my 25 years in my own career working in the public eye.(Real estate) Very distance, rude, not helpful, not wanting to help like we were an inconvenience. No one wanted to do an inspection of the truck that I rented I was told I didn't have to do one. And then wasn't even walked to the truck they just stood at the door and pointed to the truck.
