I have 2x been charged by uhaul for the safe move insurance. Did not select that option. Also it's 200 cheaper to rent a uhaul to go 7 hours vs 5 hours. Doesn't make sense. I'll not use uhaul anymore in the future

Trailer bounced down the highway in such an unsafe manner I was worried about my safety at times. And yes, I stayed at or below the recommended speed. Replace the woman that helped me. She was SO rude and impatient that if I really did not need the trailer, I would have gone somewhere else. The other associates in the office seemed to be happy and willing to help other customers.

The lady acted like she could care less. Frowned upon arrival because I was the first customer of the morning. I will not rent from that location again!

26' truck that was reserved was not available, so had to go down to a 15' truck, which caused 2 trips for the move, therefore, had to pay for the additional miles. An improvement would be to make sure the trucks reserved are actually available.

Great truck, efficient cordial service. C heck out and check in of equipment took approximately 5 minutes each time. Electronic receipt was emailed 10 minutes after drop off.

Employees were not very friendly and appeared, by the body language and tone of voice, to be tired of needing to help those of us in there to pick up a truck. The store had just opened.

While the vehicle was clean it was not filled up with gas which made it hard to return with the same amount of gas. Also.. the back door was really hard to pull down and lock. probably needs some lubrication.

There is a HUGE pothole at the entrance of the location. It has recently rained, so difficult to tell how deep the pothole was (it was very big and very deep!)

I originally signed up for a location (Goin Postal) and got a confirmation email for that address and a 10' truck. I showed up and the business was gone. I called the costumer service line and apparently I was signed up for a different location with a different size truck. So essentially, I spent 2 hours figuring it out and driving around to do something that could have taken me only 30 minutes if I would have received the right confirmation email (or even a notification). Thank you!

The female staff member was not friendly. I had to call another U-haul dealer to get the number to corporate, so that I could get the trailer that I requested. I spent 4 hours trying to get a trailer that usually only takes about 30 minutes. I have not had these issues before, must have been a bad day. Thanks
