The truck had lots of rattles from previous damaged exterior parts. The engine oil warning light came on about 15 miles down the road. As we started traveling east about 4 hours away the ABS light and 2 break lights with a dinging came on. We did not notice any functionality changes in the brakes. We pulled into a truck stop and 6 hours later a 2nd mechanic stated we were fine and we could continue our travels. We has to listen to the dinging on the dash the rest of our trip. From Missouri to Florida. Poor quality maintenance.Jerry W.
The charges were a lot more than expected especially because we only had it for less than 4 hours and it was still $120 for a van rental! I also tried 3 different gas stations and none of them carried E85 gas for the van so they ended up charging me 10.25 /gallon to fill it up 1/4 of a tank. Very ridiculous!April B.

Parking lot is in horrible condition and way too much inventory sitting around the area, it is also a storage unit location which would be hard to navigate if you were renting a storage unit.Greg M.

I want to rate uhaul customer service. O have been on hold 3 different times ti get the truck, then to correct and error with them using my credit card and then using his instead. Talked to a lady and she said my credit card could be charged and to talk to area field manager Darin Locke. But when I called today the agent wasn't able to get ahold of him. She told me to give the money to my son. This usxwhy I used a credit card. This is 2nd time that I have used Uhaul since November 20 when my kids rented it to move me and we need to move rest of things so we used you again. But this has been a hassle to be on hold for over 25 minutes each time to talk to an agent.Brian W.

Nothing. Was definitely the easiest time I've ever rented a U-haul. I didn't even have a reservation and I probably spent less than 15 min. In there. They guy that helped us was extremely nice and super easy to talk to. Great place.jon M.

Just very little room to park, get around, and limited routes are easily blocked by trucks and vehicles. Location has very poor phone answer response, repeatedly just get voice mail. However, service in the store has always been quick, helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly.Tracey C.

I wanted to get a truck near my house in Raymore, MO. But at end of pre pick up it sent me 10 miles away. Told me I had to get on the internet with my phone to get lock box #. I'm sorry but I do not use internet on phones. there are a lot of us around. Will probably never use U-HAUL ever again.Robert N.

The 2006 truck was in poor repair and had 196k miles on it. It took 30 minutes of driving for it to break down. The headlights were as dim as flashlights. The taillights didn't work. This vehicle should never have been rented out, much less to someone anticipating a 100 mile trip. It was very poor discretion.Lori O.

The man working there was very nice and helpful. The lot was well located and well stocked. The passenger side mirror of the truck was so frozen over it was a danger to drive (ice scraper wouldn't cut through it). The inside area of the truck/cup holder area was disgusting. Well, nobody was wearing a mask so I got very nervous. There were no signs up asking people to follow the county guidelines of social distancing and mask wearing. Also they smoked inside the building so the it was even harder to breathe. i asked if the vehicle was clean and they said no and they didn't sanitize it between customers. Essentially they didn't comply with any pandemic requirements. It was unsettling. The clerk was very nice to us though and the van was perfect for the move and affordable. The product itself was excellent. If they just followed pandemic protocols I would have rated the experience excellent however now I know if want to do business with UHaul I will have to ask if they follow appropriate health and safety guidelines.lisa P.

Everything was great! Our storage unit was in an offsite lot and the customer service rep even took the time to take us over there personally so I appreciated that added assistance.
