access to the location is a bit confusing. maybe a sign (for 1st time uhaul returns) would help. person working there was very friendly and helpful!

By far, Willis Storage has been the best storage facility I have ever used. My unit was always accessible when I needed something and the staff was incredibly personable, helpful and professional. I will wholeheartedly recommend Willis Self Storage to anyone looking for a fine facility.

I want to thank Sharon for being so wonderful to my family . We had to use the facility when we had a death in the family. My self recently had a stroke and my son in a major accident forced us to vacate due to financial hardships. We love Willis Self Storage! The owners are super friendly and helpful. We transitioned from the military and had our goods shipped via semi. They were so helpful in figuring out how to get in and out safely. My driver beat me to storage and my friend had to sign and do business for me and these guys were so easy to work with. I can't thank them enough for making this stressful transition so smooth for me.

Willis Self Storage was the perfect solution for my storage needs. Temperature controlled, very clean, always accessible, and friendly staff always available to assist with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Willis Self Storage. I never had any problems of any kind the entire year I used the facility. EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

There was some confusion on where to return the truck. I told them I wanted to return it closer to where I was moving. They said I could take it to any U-Haul location near there but, the real issue was the air conditioner did not work all the time. The drive to our new home there was no AC, then on the drive back to the rental location it worked for about 3 Miles then just stopped blowing cold air and started blowing hot air. Terrible experience. I feel I should have part of my rental money refunded.

On moving day, it’s incredibly stressful to get your uhaul and have to immediately stop for gas. The truck had less than 1/8th of a tank and I had to meet moving helpers I was paying by the hour. It just adds more stress. The brakes were terrible and loudly squealed anytime you touched them. On the upside, the people were friendly.

I checked in about 10:30 am. They said I would get a refund of ~$36. They weren't able to process the refund. Please reimburse me for 1 day rental.

The phone number for the drop off location was not included on the rental paper work. I had to hunt down the number on google when I was waiting at the locked gate to be able to return the truck.

Sharon and Sandra were both very friendly and helpful. Sharon walked with me around the truck showing me what she put in her notes that there were damages to the truck so I was aware that it had been noted. Very nice place!!
