Lila DThe auto transporter that I rented from U haul lacked maintenance, but what do expect its U haul. The person at this location knew of the problems and seemed like he didn’t care. I had no choice but to rent this auto transporter from this location because they were the only ones who had one in my area at the moment. The problems with the auto transporter were the lights didn’t work, it had a broken strap that goes over the tires and the ratchets that secures the straps over the tires were worn out and I had to use my own extra ratchets and straps that I had to secure the vehicle to the auto transporter. Thank god that I was only moving the vehicle 8 miles. I wouldn’t rent anything or recommend U haul to anyone!

Amanda DSTEVE AND DENISE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! They lie and say damaged has been done to the vehicle but they don’t even care about the conditions the vehicle is in!!! We had the 15’ box truck from 5:30pm Saturday to 6:00pm Sunday and received an invoice for $700.00 stating we damaged the back door of the truck! The invoice had another customers name and phone number on it. That I have no idea who the person is! Per Denise she doesn’t know how it happen and sometimes the computer does that. The damaged reported looks like true wear and tear damage that THEY have neglected to fix on their trucks! How one could do the damage in photos with boxes only is beyond me, but I will get to the bottom of this scamming ruthless company. I asked for proof that this wasn’t damaged prior to me renting the truck and STEVE said WE DONT HAVE ANY records it’s only goes off of what “his workers” say is done to the truck at time the truck is returned and if the damage was done previously then it may have been missed by his workers... The truck was dirty on the inside where the drivers and passengers sit. The knob to turn on the lights is missing. They do not care about the conditions or germs, yuck! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, it’s a headache trying to fight your case. I’ll NEVER rent from this U-Haul again and neither will my friends or family Denise AND Steve’s customer service is rude and very unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars if I could, these people give U-Haul an HORRIBLE reputation and should NOT be in business. My attorney will be reaching out.
