Kevin Richmondi came to pick up the truck and it had not been returned from previous rental. i had to put off getting it till next day. i felt like yall should have had one brought from another location so i could use it on the day i had rented it for. or offered me a discount since it had been reserved a day in advance
darlene MINCEYI had initially reserved a truck at another location but at the last minute there was not one available there. Then at the time to pick up the truck, I did not receive a code to unlock the truck to get the keys. Wii Auto Sales could not use my confirmation paperwork to give me my truck at the price on the paperwork. They charged me over $500 for the same truck. I don't know why and I am not happy about it!!

Bradley DeibertI was supposed to be refunded for my U-Haul due to the fact that it was over an hour and a half late and my family and I had to scramble and move things in our vehicles. We ended up getting the U-Haul, like I said, an hour and a half late, but the only thing left was a sofa and two mattresses. I spoke with U-Haul several times who assured me that I would be refunded, but I never received that refund.

EVA WILLIAMSI'm very unpleased with you all I'm $100 was took off my car for a deposit plus the payment that they charge me overcharge me I bought the truck back nice clean with gas my bank account was charged 80 80 some dollars which this company told me they only charge me 40 something they told me they took $100 deposit that wasn't even put back on my account I am a very upset customer I will never send no one to you all company stole My money!!!!!!!!!
Laura WilliamsFirst I was given the wrong address to another facility that does not exist. Then when I called the 800 number they gave me this address when I arrived no one was there I had to call the 800 number back again it was terrible. Someone that came after a while and told me that he will take the key because she was at an appointment didn't give me any confirmation or anything on the mileage or anything he just took the keys and said that she will contact me which I did not get contact by her or anybody else it is charge my bill for the mileage I don't know how accurate it is because we didn't go over the truck or anything.

This location was closest to my end address, but wasn’t the biggest or a typical U-Haul office. There are a few businesses housed in the same building. The onsite staff was very professional and thorough.

I located her at that number. I was about to panic because I was on a strict time line. When she arrived she was courteous and said that she had gone to the doctor.

THOMAS MAYBERRYThe lady at this location was great. I am very angry with the fact that my original reservation was changed to a far away location and not set up for the 24/7 pickup. I ended up getting in a truck 2.5 hours after my original reservation. This ended up with me getting to our destination late and ended up not beating the rain. Not happy with uhaul at all. Need to file a customer action form

Finally had to call had to call U-Haul to find a drop off spot here in 2421 is very excellent please. Very clean lotta space well kept up and the manager there was real nice. Wait time when you called in is too long took me 45 minutes to get a drop off spot all in all 2 1/2 hours is too long too Drop off your equipment.
