The drop off is only a tiny box on one pole in front of the location. Some signage might have been helpful

Will SIt was just a gas station parking lot with a key drop so I was confused on where to park.

Why does it take an hoir to check in trhough an app and you cant make adjustments to your reservation trhough it and locations arent notified of the extra equipment you order.Still waiting on my refund from my last time around ehich the nightmare of an automated systemis impossible to go through. I will do my best never to ise Uhaul again if I can help it.
SONNY Othe truck had the engine light on from the moment we picked it up. And could barely climb hills. It sounded like it was dying whenever I got on the interstate and tried to accelerate quickly

Sandra GThe agent we dealt with to pick up the truck was extremely difficult and asked for things that our uhaul reservation didn’t require like 2 personal references that he then called to somehow “verify” I was who I said and was on my id and he insisted this is usual protocol for uhaul but on a previous rental 6 months ago from another location this was not required? He didn’t seem to know about our order and didn’t know we needed our requested dolly’s and blankets until I asked and showed him my rental order on my phone. Entirely unpleasant experience and will not recommend this location for renting!

Kristie FA bit of conflicting information. I called and was told yes bring it here to convenience store. Then he says no take it to Papa John's. The guy there is very nice, but asks if I checked it in online, takes the keys and says Nadesh will do the next day. I leave it and worry I did the wrong thing, so drive back to location to try to check in online, which Uhaul does not recognize my location standing next to the truck. So, I go back home, call and have to wait for someone to return call, then upload photos I took and she puts them in my file. I just feel like if these people are agents of UHaul, then they need to be doing the work. If I have to do the work, checking in and out online, pictures, etc. then maybe a discount is in order to me. It was stressful and without getting confirmation or knowing who I left the keys with, how could I know truck was safe overnight? Hoping not to have to do it ever again, personally. The more you try to simplify things and dumb things down, the more complicated they sometimes are, especially if the person renting vehicle is not 30 years old!!! Next time we will hire moving van and people to move. We older people like to receive a receipt right then when we hand over the keys to something we are responsible for. But, Tim was very nice and it all worked out today. Just a little stressful for me.
David PThe individual in charge of distributing the keys had terrible customer service. He kept screaming at me to upload my picture after I told him 3 times I already did. He then told me he can’t help me he’s too busy making pizza, but there was absolutely no one in the store and the phones weren’t ringing and no tickets printing. He treated me like I was unintelligent for simply asking a question. I ended up walking out crying because he was so rude and my husband had to go in and figure it out. If he could’ve just taken the time to explain one simple thing for me, it would have been so much easier but he acted as if I was an inconvenience. I will never use this location again and I do hope you all take action with him. I have heard bad things about this man before but needed a uhaul so I had to use this location, and unfortunately looks like the gossip is true. I wouldn’t want him as my employee. The Uhaul however was very clean and got the job done. Very grateful we ended up being able to rent it in the end.

Destiny CEverything went well except I ordered and got billed for 2 dollies and some moving pads and they were not in the truck. I did truck share and picked up using my phone. Complained during chat but no help. Called the number and 20 minute wait. Did not have time to wait do to moving help coming. I don’t know if this was the locations fault or not. Truck was in excellent condition and was clean.

Paul SThe location has poor customer service. They were not willing to help with any part of the online transaction. You had to have it all done and ready. If you didn’t you had to call Uhaul to get help with part that was not ready for them. They had to have the pickup your key, Or they could t help you.
