Inside LH dual tire was flat on pickup. Shame on me for not checking. Did not notice tire until I was loaded. Set me back 2-3 hours on my schedule waiting to have fixed.

KRISTI P.Customer service was very good. The only issue I had was I reserved the trailer in Colorado. A great days prior to my trip I was contacted and said that wouldn't be available. They asked if I could pick it up in Wichita and drive it to my location in Colorado then return it back to Wichita. The extra time and fuel cost did cover the discount I was given and I did return the trailer a day early, so I am hoping to get a credit for the early return.
Kurtis V.U-Haul and this facility were both fantastic about keeping me up-to-date on my rental. My initial pick up location was unavailable and they very quickly found me another one. It was not as convenient, but they made it remarkably easy. The person staffing the location was very kind and helpful. She even sent me a text 20 minutes before our pick up time just to confirm that we would still be able to make it. She made it feel very personal and the customer service was fantastic!

Liz & Heather at Westside Storage were patient, understanding, and they worked with me to ensure I encountered no additional stress with my rental contract even when I had to make so many unexpected last minute changes. Westside Storage is a locally owned business and they made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process. They were neither overbearing or inattentive, like some big faceless corporation.
