GARY MLocation was difficult to deal with as they won't let you in the building they are kind of rude ai had to tell the person 6 times that I could not hear them.

donald sThe location was a sketchy hotel. I was charged for insurance even though I declined it in my pre-application to rent the truck. The staff did not speak very legible English. I would not rent from this location again. I was going to fight for a refund of the cost of the insurance but I decided it was not worth the fight. Thank you.
John Bsketchy hotel, no supplies (boxes, TV box, apparel box, only a hand truck dolly and pads) personnel was nice though.
Duane SIf the truck door window was angled a different way, you could asee if traffic was coming.
MONA MThe manager here is very rude and tried to make me return the uhaul at 9 am the next morning. I had a 24 hour rental from 3pm to 3 pm the next day and got rude with me cause he had rented it to me and one now person at the same time. He said he done me a favor by letting me rent it instead of the other person!

I RENTED FOR 2 DAYS AND CALL AND TOLD THEM THE TRUCK WAS NOT COMPLETELY UNLOAD I WILL NEED TO EXTEND ANOTHER DAY I CALL UHAUL AND EXTENDED ANOTHER DAY THEY DID 20 MINUTES LATER THE LADY FROM THE RENTAL HOTEL SITE CALLED THE LADY WAS RUDE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL CALL THE TRUCK IN STOLEN IF I DONOT BRING IN THETRUCH WHICH WAS EXTENDED ANOTHER DAY CHARGE TO MY CARD . SHE STATED VARIOUS TIME ITS HER TRUCK I MUST BRING IT IN OR SHE CALLING THE POLICE SHE HAS ANOTHER RENTAL AND CONTINUE TO CALL ME VARIOUS I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN ...

Samdaniel WThis is a terrible location... located at a rundown hotel, all doors locked, talking through a hole in a window, wreaking of smoke, woman not friendly, did not have requested moving pads. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Matt RVery poor customer service, never once came out to check on equipment assist with loading on truck or checking if we were having issues, which we were! The lights were not working until I fixed to cables to the trailer which if they would of checked, it could have been fixed prior to me getting the trailer. I will never rent from her again!!!!

Shyenna BThings were very unclear. My time frame was 4 hours... We put gas back to where it was and returned on time and a 30.00 charge turned into 90.00. We even used our own dolly. Felt like a complete rip off and the lady at Westmont inn had a strange and kinda snappy demeanor. Weird experience for sure.

ANTHONY HWestmont Inn was great. My reservation was for the US 98 location. When I arrived there was no one present to handle my rental. Had to scramble to find another pickup site.

Radames VWe reserved a truck the night before. When went to pick it up and it was so confusing. We had the hardest time checking out the truck online it was such a headache. That was the last thing we needed to deal with trying to move. Y’all need to make the check out process easier.
Joshua MThe whole experience of renting with UHaul was a DISGUSTING DIASTSER!! Not only did the truck not have gas but it also was dirty inside the cab and back as well. Not only did I have to clean the truck before using it but I returned it cleaned and with gas. Yet they charged me for no gas and dirty cab including SOME ONE else's return fee was added to my credit card. I will NEVER EVER use this company or location again, I am also filling a complaint with the company as well as never referring anyone to the company.
Craig SThere was roaches in the back of one truck that I was going to take. Then the other truck was extremely dirty in the back and front and it appeared to me that someone was smoking weed in the back of the truck in the front not a good look. In the steering was really wonky.

Jerome BAgain this wasn't my original drop off location. I was scheduled to drop off at Grab n Go. When I got to Grab n Go the clerk wouldn't accept the truck. She said she "didn't have room." I spent over 30 minutes in the parking t on the phone with customer service ( scheduling). Regina in scheduling found another location and set up the return and extended my drop off time. The gentleman who checked the truck in, charged me for another day because the truck was "late." I tried to explain everything to him and all he could say was, "call customer service." The only reason why I gave this location an "average" rating is because the took the truck.

William CI’ve rented vehicles from uhaul many many times over the years and this is by far the WORST experience I’ve had with picking up a rental vehicle!! Which includes the agents I spoke with on the phone!
