I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have never had issues with U-haul but this location was horrible. I set a reservation early just to get there at the reserved time to no keys in the truck. Finally after getting on the phone with a u-haul rep after a 23 min wait they said they could find another location for me or reschedule the reservation. Then the guy connected to the site started to call me as well on the other line just to say he would bring the keys in 15mins because he didn’t know I had a reservation but it took him 30mins to get to me. After getting the keys, I went a total of 8 miles and refueled, just to be charged $47 extra dollars for fuel which is completely incorrect since i returned it with the same fuel as my start photo. Now i’m wasting time on the phone with customer service trying to dispute it. Save yourself the headache and please just stay away from this location.

Charged me 70$ when I only drove 30 miles should’ve been only about 45$ with cost of truck and miles. They always overcharge and are never true on their word. Do not recommend U-Haul at all and will not be using in the future

Cathy WI was in limbo for two days because they took the keys and said the check-in was only done online. The facility is dirty and unorganized. Helping the customer seems to be a very low priority. I would never have any further dealings with this franchisee.
CHARLES BThe key drop was not clearly marked (and was about 1 foot above the ground), so it took me 3 times circling the building to find it.

JERROLD VI had to drop of my truck in a completely different location then where I picked it up and the guy at the drop off location who says he's the owner was not very nice.
Erin LI was over charged an additional day and extra mileage. Per my contract I was 1 mile under and returned vehicle 5 hours earlier then scheduled. At drop off location...I called them at 830 am was told they would be there at 9... I waited and owner showed up finally at 930 am and was on phone arguing with someone. Very very unprofessional. Called uhaul and they connected me to him....still haven't heard anything as to a remedy.
