DANIEL S.The first thing is that the guy that is working in that location is very nasty with the customers because since me and my husband got to the place he was talking to us very bad and because we ask for his name he said he don't care why i ask his name for and didn't tell us and after that he got more furious and told us,(you know what I'm not going to rent this truck because I don't want to any ways I don't work for uhaul! So I don't care,that was his words ,so we didn't want any problems and we step out of the place then he call me and gave me the truck how he want to,and I understand im paying for a service and spending my money so we don't deserve been treated like this..

Dan S.I am so disappointed and unhappy with U-Haul. At the pick up location where I went to pick up my truck. The worker was very rude and unprofessional he did not explain to me what he did on my account, I did not get a contract when I was done and he changed my drop off location without letting me know. When I made the reservation the night before I specifically put that I wanted to pick up in the Bronx and drop off in Queens. When I get there to pick up the vehicle he ran my information took my ID and my card and I leaned over to look at the computer and he gave me a look like he was angry that I did that. Later in the day when I went to return the vehicle I noticed that my drop off location was changed And I was charged for insurance when I know during my reservation I opt out of the insurance. And I was checked out early and was given the wrong order. So I am very unhappy that I was charged for something that I didn't want and that the worker did not communicate with me what he did, and I was given a truck that was damaged. the front bumper on the left side was cracked I took a video of the vehicle before I drove off. To improve for the next customer I would suggest that you stress that your workers communicate with the customer and deal with them very professionally after my last experience I wouldn't recommend U-haul to anyone and I don't ever wanna use U-Haul again. I wish I can get a refund back honestly.
Kenneth G.I would update the pictures on the website of the vehicle every time someone uses it. Vehicle should be washed and cleaned in the inside. Overall everything else was okie dokie.

Hunter H.The truck that I reserved two weeks prior was not available. They gave me a cargo Van which caused me to do 8 trips and an estimated 28/29 miles. It was very unpleasant to have to move all my furniture in such a small van. Also the furniture pads I ordered two weeks in advance were not available. In addition the paperwork stated the wrong measurement of the Gas it was far less. Very unpleasant.

jason B.1- The Vehicle I Rented was so dirty I had to stop at a gas station and wash the windsheild/windows/mirrors so i could drive safely. 2.- Tire Pressure Where Low I also had to add air to tires. 3.- I ordered to rent a hand truck, they didn't have any. 4.- upon arrival to return vehicle attendant couldn't receive the car because he had no log in information to the U-Haul system.
HENSY R.The agent was friendly and was accomodating, but the truck was dusty and dirty .....I ordered dollies etc, this third party location was an inconvenience & had none of the supplies that I ordered & paid for. I was charged for supplies that I never recieved from this location. I had to drive to the location nearest my home where I originally booked for to get hand trucks, dollies and I was charged again a 2nd time. The young lady at the counter was very rude and dismissive....

This employee is a liability waiting to happen. I put a google review and everyone has complained. Uhaul needs to cancel this contract. The employee has threaten other customers.

Javier J.Angel was my attendant when I picked up my rental. He was very pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions. As for improvement just a little more help being It was a Sat., It was very busy people had to wait for 15 / 20 minutes to be serviced. All in all I rate uhaul a 99.
