I booked furniture pad they don't even have available. The guy even doesn't speak English.

jason B.1- The Vehicle I Rented was so dirty I had to stop at a gas station and wash the windsheild/windows/mirrors so i could drive safely. 2.- Tire Pressure Where Low I also had to add air to tires. 3.- I ordered to rent a hand truck, they didn't have any. 4.- upon arrival to return vehicle attendant couldn't receive the car because he had no log in information to the U-Haul system.
HENSY R.The agent was friendly and was accomodating, but the truck was dusty and dirty .....I ordered dollies etc, this third party location was an inconvenience & had none of the supplies that I ordered & paid for. I was charged for supplies that I never recieved from this location. I had to drive to the location nearest my home where I originally booked for to get hand trucks, dollies and I was charged again a 2nd time. The young lady at the counter was very rude and dismissive....

This employee is a liability waiting to happen. I put a google review and everyone has complained. Uhaul needs to cancel this contract. The employee has threaten other customers.
patricio C.No brakes in the uhaul truck. Only truck available to go one way. Very unsafe and scary ride all the way through.

Javier J.Angel was my attendant when I picked up my rental. He was very pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions. As for improvement just a little more help being It was a Sat., It was very busy people had to wait for 15 / 20 minutes to be serviced. All in all I rate uhaul a 99.

SIDNEY A.That location is horrible. Only care to take your money. If you have any issues or questions, their generic answer is “ we dont work for uhaul, you have to call themâ€. I was charged double for my rental and double for my insurance. When i asked why, you guessed it, “im not sure, we dont work for uhaul, you have to call themâ€. This isnt a uhaul facility, its a parking lot, and the owner just for some reason happens to have a couple uhaul trucks. Needed supplies(boxes, tv wrap, etc) they dont have any. Ive used uhaul plenty times, this was by far the worst.

Then they committed me to give the van back after 24 hour but after 4 hour I got the message to return it and I went to return

I usually rent from CC Trucking or Penske because they are cheaper and way more lenient. uHaul has so many fines and fees, I mean I know how to do y'all right but it makes not sense that it cost $80 for a van for 5 hours and it cost $100 for a $14' truck from another company for 24 hours.

bharati K.We are in a serious health pandemic therefore vehicles should be cleaned and properly sanitized. Vehicle was very dirty inside and outside. In addition we had to re- register on line once we arrived at the location very time consuming. Looking forward to a more improved experience next time.

Derrick R.I mentioned everything as I closed out with the ticket before and you are asking 2x. There was no windshield fluid I think the check engine light may have been on as well. I mentioned that to the person that i picked up on and I got a shoulder shrug. Even more the instructions to just walk in and pick up the key seemed to have agitated the person.. I couldn't just hold up the phone and get the key. It became a challenge and response game and that is how i got hit with the e extra dolly. The man actually removed the dolly that was there and then when I showed him on the contract that I purchased one added the cost on the invoice. I would not be surprised if other people that looked like me had problems in that location. I know I will have to use Uhaul again in the future. I will not pick up from that location and if I see that person again at another location. I will be complaining again if I get treated like that. That level of service was right at the cusp of crass. Refund my 7 dollars BTW money is tight. I don't have it to give.

Olga C.when I entered the van there was a roach crawling on the passenger side! also I rented a truck literally a month ago did a little more miles & still paid $10 cheaper than this time around. The clerks did have on mask either day I went. Covid cases have rised in NYC this is unacceptable!

Fred N.I am very disappointed with this experience I make reservations at 11:00 am at 2155 E tremon ave in the Bronx reservation number 99760363 I get there 10 minutes before and the attendant was very nasty said is only one truck and there people before you watting and walk away from me I had to call costomer service the sent me to another location was my time and people who going to help me move they cant not help becaose I was late took more time to move by my self and end pay doble because the irresponsibility of the location on 2155 Etremont ave is no fare that Ihave to pay doble.
