Truck was parked in the woods and covered with leaves. I also reserved 2 furniture dollys, which the location did not have. After getting the truck, I had to drive to another location to get the dollys and handtruck. This added at an additional 45 minutes to my pick up time.Robert L.

The truck needed stabilitrack service due to which the truck was not stable and I had a hard time driving from VA to NC. I was scared for my life that the truck will slide off the highway at many situations without the stability! I am not happy with the rental truck I got and would be nice if you gave me some money back.ABEDIN A.
They have so much on display, you cant even see the person you are talking to. The app pick up process wouldnt work so I had to go in and they told me they can help but they are going to take care of everyone else first. Her attitude was awful. â€œIts brand new, so dont scratch itâ€ â€œdont lose the key or its $100â€. My quote was for $30 online, final charges were double that. A rip off and a scam. They even asked me not to leave my car there because its a small lotâ€¦.but its a mini martâ€¦not something of high demand AND im taking a can and replacing it with my vehicle, they arent out extra spaces. Its just an exchange. Their phone number is even disconnected so I wasnt even sure if it was a viable location. Terrible overall. I hate dealing with Uhaul about as much as comcast or USPSAshley D.

Small, hard to get to parking lot, then had to drive onto a gravel road to park it behind the building. The location was really dark, and further out of my way from the drop off location I requested. This caused me to go over mileage.Jared E.

Got there on time and had to wait for 20 min to pick up my rental. The internet is down at the location and no help. They asked me to call online to check in. Later on internet is back and been asked all the questions again which I finished already and answered online prior to picking up. I will never go there. Sorry. Better service is need it.Mamoon I.

I would not go here again. Check in was on line but had to wait and go through normal process. There was a woman ahead of me buying beer at 8 am and the man behind me was buying CBD gummies. The vehicle was ok and return process smooth.David M.

The was the only bright star in our rental debacle. This location was staffed, friendly, efficient, in and out in five minutes. No complaints about this location; entire rental experience on the other hand, will make me avoid using U-Haul in the future.ERIK H.

First, they (female attendant) asked me to park the truck in another location behind the store which looked like a dump site. I went in and the attendent asked for the key. I asked for a receipt of return and she stated that she doesn't have time to do that. If I wanted one, I would have to wait for her husband to come in. She was more interested in attending to her convenience store customers then to her U-Haul customers. It was cold and raining so I didn't want to stand outside and take pictures and etc for the online return. But I didn't have time to wait around for someone to return to help me out. I went ahead and got wet doing the online return. Clearly I was upset at the unprofessional service I experienced at this location and I will certainly NOT recommend them. This locations does NOT represent U-Haul and will surely hurt your business. I spent a lot of money on this truck to be treated like crap.Rita S.

Vehicle dirty when I picked it up. Photo uploaded. Yet, I was charged a cleaning fee of $25. Asked to checkout to the vehicle when I was there, attended refused and said I would receive a receipt 3 hours later. So the $25 extra charge is no surprise, really! Unscruplous. Check Engine light was on from the start. Had to call in to get help and it took 45 mins, but check engine light was not resolved. Truck was old and somewhat antiquated, but worked fine. App experience was terrible - it kept freezing up on me and took a long time to check-in and check out. Pick-up location was fine.John K.

We received our estimate of our bill shortly after we picked up the uhaul. We did not receive the final billing statement until I called days later to inquire on when we would receive out final statement. When I called the phone number on the estimated statement the phone number was not in service. I had to look up the phone number to get the correct number.Paul B.

I have very hard time with the online check-in . Had to get the gentleman in the store to help me thankfully he was very helpful. Took nearly 25 minutes to get everything worked out I had to give him my ID and my credit card. Spoke to another person they said they have the same problem with U-Haul moving trucks the online check-in I will probably not do this again.MARYEILEEN L.
The over all online or phone experience is so troublesome. Sometimes the location can't find me or it says my reservation isnt valid. Or the settings are so complex I need support to find me. And this was another location as well not just this one.Anthony T.

This is a 7-11 type store with a few trucks and so really not what I have been accustomed to. I am beginning to think that if a customer makes a reservation at one location...you will shift the order to another under-performing location. I have been using U-Haul for years for my business moves as well personal...it may be time to see what alternatives there may be.RONALD B.
