Scammers. I was charged an additional day without anyone mentioning it to me. Per the contract I was given 72 hours and I returned it within 68. I have called Sasak several times with no response, and I returned an email to u-haul with no response yet. I will dispute the charge on my AmEx. In fact , I might as well dispute all of them from U-haul! I rented the truck at a fixed price, then I was charged for insurance at the pick up location. This was never mentioned prior.

Flat tire and weak tire on trailer immediately. However, both were fixed the next day. I think better inspection was in order. Perhaps my own fault. Maybe I should've chosen a better pick up locale. Live and learn.

We had rented a dolly on line and when we got there, there were none available. The owner said that U-Haul knows there are none at that location, but still allows people to rent on line. This is disappointing, not in the owner, but in U-Haul. There must be a way to refer customers to other locations to get ancillary equipment.

Despite state and local mandates, none of the employees were wearing Masks. . These employees were talking continuously, laughing loudly and even whistling... without masks! This was a very upsetting experience.

The trailer was good and the guy who helped me get it hooked up was friendly and helpful. There are a couple of things that bothered me. 1: Even though required by the State of Colorado, the staff were not wearing masks. 2: When I asked for help with my hitch, the lady at the desk complained to me about using her guys for that. She did end up doing it but was not customer friendly.

I returned the trailer on Saturday by noon. (Just over 2 days of usage). I was allowed 5 days. I paid for 5 days. I received an email saying that I didn't return it until Wednesday and they are charging me a late fee for its return. HUH? Emails to them are not answered.... HELP!

Overall ... not related to this particular location ... I was not satisfied with the Uhaul experience. I had explicitly booked a vehicle at your location closest to the EGE airport for me to just walk over to the location to pick up the vehicle. Less than 24 hours before pick-up Haul cancelled on me. That's not what I would have expected ... and certainly caused additional inconvinience and cost for me to manage the necessary transfer from the airport.

They called and charged me $25 for folding the blankets we rented. I was not told in Plano that I had to refold them. I have never been charged for this before. In addition, someone has to fold them anyway to rebag them. I was not happy. This is just a way to make $25 off of me after the fact.

It's not clear where to drop off the equipment. Also, I didn't know there was a 24 hour drop - so I rushed back to make sure i got there during their open hours.

Heather the agent was very rude and unfriendly. I've filled out the contract the day before and printed before we arrive to the location. When we went to the place to pick up the trailer, she asked the location where we are taking the trailer as she supposed to. I said we are going to Colorado School of Mines to empty a dorm and coming back. She said what is the address. I said “ I don't know, can you look at it online?”” She replied “ it is an extra work for me! If you don't give me the address including the zip code you can't leave here!” We we're outside she walked back inside yelling, I didn't understand the rest of the stuff she was yelling about. Honestly, I was surprised and very disappointed of the customer service. My husband found the address on our phone and gave it to her and we were able leave. No, I would not recommend her to anyone. She is very rude and should not work at the customers related jobs.

I had one flat tire and then a blow out. Feel UHaul should ensure that tires are in near new condition especially on trailers. I dont feelnthis reflects badly on local dealer rather UHaul over all.

They charged me for gas even though my son and I made absolutely sure the tank was 3/4 full the night before, and we got it with a little less than 3/4 when we picked it up. Very unhappy

The return area was a muddy churned up mess. Would recommend a asphalt drop off to disconnect so that the customer does not get all muddied up to their ankles.

Make trucks available at all Uhaul locations. I tried to rent a 15' truck at the Kremmling, CO location and they did not have any available and they could not tell me when one would be. So, I had to drive an hour one way to the Gypsum location just to pick up the truck. This was very inconvenient for me and it also meant that I was charged for going over the allowable miles for the rental.

When we have a confirmation number entered that should be synced with the computer program at pick up location to avoid having to re-enter everything again. It took forever to get the computer program to catch up with the confirmation registration information. Something should be done about this to improve efficiency and inconvenience to the customer.

Truck arrived late only giving us a 10-15 minute window to pick up the truck at a location that was different than originally booked and on a day earlier than requested. Because of the timing the interior of the truck cab was filthy and required a thorough cleaning before we could feel comfortable driving.

I was supposed to pick up my 10 foot truck at Alpine Motors in Glenwood Springs but was rudely told my reservation had been unilaterally changed by Stepanie Connell, Uhaul employee. No notice of This change was ever given to me and the Alpine Motors man could not have been ruder, worst customer service I ever experienced. No truck just a rude attitude. Had to drive a half hour to Weeks in Gypsum to get a 15 ' truck. They were polite and professional, however, this delayed my planned move by over three hours, from the cool morning to the blazing hot afternoon. Despite the polite customer service from Weeks, i will probably never trust Uhaul again.

This is a review of Uhaul.. not of this location. Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience using your services. I live in Aspen Co and was relocating to Denver. I scheduled my Uhaul pick-up in Carbondale and was told two days prior to my move that there were not any trucks available at the Carbondale or Glenwood Springs location and that I would have to go to gypsum to pick up the vehicle. This came as bad news since this added an additional 3 hours to pick up the truck when I was already on a tight move schedule. I spoke with helen in gypsum who was kind enough to let me come the day prior since I needed to be in Denver at a certain time for my move and could not afford to take on 3 additional hours in the morning. Unfortunately when I picked up the vehicle and was driving back towards Aspen, they shut down I-70 due to a mudslide. The road was not set to open for at least four hours. This would have us back in Aspen well after midnight with a full move the next day. My boyfriend and I had to drive all the way around via minturn, through leadville and then through independence pass in the dark. This led to obviously more expense in gas and I was charged $42 dollars in addition to the miles. He was driving the uhaul and I was driving my car so gas expenses were doubled. It was an extremely frustrating and exhausting ordeal and could have been prevented. I would like to request a refund on the additional miles I incurred for this inconvenience and anything else you can help with. I'm not upset regarding this situation anymore but I do not think I will ever utilize uhaul services again nor recommend uhaul to any friends or family. What could have made the situation right is if I would have received advance notice regarding the change in pick up location or had a representative drive the truck to carbdonale where I had scheduled my pick-up. If I would have known it was in Gypsum I would have made other arrangements but given the short notice I wasn't able to make other accommodations. The closure of I-70 and the additional 7 hours it took to simply pick up the truck added a lot more stress than was necessary. As I'm sure you can understand, it's stressful enough moving.

The woman who checked me in charged me $15 to fold some of the furniture pads. She put it on my receipt as 'cleaning'. It wasn't cleaning it was folding. And she was quite rude. I want my $15 back.

When I arrived to drop the truck with the exact amount of gas, I was told to just give my email and I will be contacted if there was anything wrong. Few hours later, I received an invoice, showing that they charged me for gas because I gave the truck empty, which is false. I was also charged an extra day even though u haul had extended my rental because of the accident I had that delayed my trip by 24h.

Very difficult to find this location, small street signage hidden behind some trees and no "Uhaul" signage on the building. Plow the parking lot where the trailers are stored. I got stuck with my 2WD even though I have snow tires on.
