The return area was a muddy churned up mess. Would recommend a asphalt drop off to disconnect so that the customer does not get all muddied up to their ankles.

Make trucks available at all Uhaul locations. I tried to rent a 15' truck at the Kremmling, CO location and they did not have any available and they could not tell me when one would be. So, I had to drive an hour one way to the Gypsum location just to pick up the truck. This was very inconvenient for me and it also meant that I was charged for going over the allowable miles for the rental.

When I said I had a issue and was overcharged I was told! I cant do anything!!! stay on them and call the help line!!!!!

When we have a confirmation number entered that should be synced with the computer program at pick up location to avoid having to re-enter everything again. It took forever to get the computer program to catch up with the confirmation registration information. Something should be done about this to improve efficiency and inconvenience to the customer.

Truck arrived late only giving us a 10-15 minute window to pick up the truck at a location that was different than originally booked and on a day earlier than requested. Because of the timing the interior of the truck cab was filthy and required a thorough cleaning before we could feel comfortable driving.

I was supposed to pick up my 10 foot truck at Alpine Motors in Glenwood Springs but was rudely told my reservation had been unilaterally changed by Stepanie Connell, Uhaul employee. No notice of This change was ever given to me and the Alpine Motors man could not have been ruder, worst customer service I ever experienced. No truck just a rude attitude. Had to drive a half hour to Weeks in Gypsum to get a 15 ' truck. They were polite and professional, however, this delayed my planned move by over three hours, from the cool morning to the blazing hot afternoon. Despite the polite customer service from Weeks, i will probably never trust Uhaul again.

This is a review of Uhaul.. not of this location. Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience using your services. I live in Aspen Co and was relocating to Denver. I scheduled my Uhaul pick-up in Carbondale and was told two days prior to my move that there were not any trucks available at the Carbondale or Glenwood Springs location and that I would have to go to gypsum to pick up the vehicle. This came as bad news since this added an additional 3 hours to pick up the truck when I was already on a tight move schedule. I spoke with helen in gypsum who was kind enough to let me come the day prior since I needed to be in Denver at a certain time for my move and could not afford to take on 3 additional hours in the morning. Unfortunately when I picked up the vehicle and was driving back towards Aspen, they shut down I-70 due to a mudslide. The road was not set to open for at least four hours. This would have us back in Aspen well after midnight with a full move the next day. My boyfriend and I had to drive all the way around via minturn, through leadville and then through independence pass in the dark. This led to obviously more expense in gas and I was charged $42 dollars in addition to the miles. He was driving the uhaul and I was driving my car so gas expenses were doubled. It was an extremely frustrating and exhausting ordeal and could have been prevented. I would like to request a refund on the additional miles I incurred for this inconvenience and anything else you can help with. I'm not upset regarding this situation anymore but I do not think I will ever utilize uhaul services again nor recommend uhaul to any friends or family. What could have made the situation right is if I would have received advance notice regarding the change in pick up location or had a representative drive the truck to carbdonale where I had scheduled my pick-up. If I would have known it was in Gypsum I would have made other arrangements but given the short notice I wasn't able to make other accommodations. The closure of I-70 and the additional 7 hours it took to simply pick up the truck added a lot more stress than was necessary. As I'm sure you can understand, it's stressful enough moving.

The woman who checked me in charged me $15 to fold some of the furniture pads. She put it on my receipt as 'cleaning'. It wasn't cleaning it was folding. And she was quite rude. I want my $15 back.

When I arrived to drop the truck with the exact amount of gas, I was told to just give my email and I will be contacted if there was anything wrong. Few hours later, I received an invoice, showing that they charged me for gas because I gave the truck empty, which is false. I was also charged an extra day even though u haul had extended my rental because of the accident I had that delayed my trip by 24h.

Very difficult to find this location, small street signage hidden behind some trees and no "Uhaul" signage on the building. Plow the parking lot where the trailers are stored. I got stuck with my 2WD even though I have snow tires on.

For the second rental in a row after a confirming text the day of my pickup about my agreed drop off location it was changed as I was half way through loading a 26 footer. I received a phone call and she said to go to Gypsum not Avon Colorado which is 20 Miles fur5her away. I agreed but asked for exrptram mileage and a gas allowance. She said no gas help but would add mileage. At drop off the clerk said you owe for extra mileage! I eventually spoke to the district manager of Uhaul who waived the exrptra charge. The last time this happened I was told to change my drop off from Avon to Kremling which is 130 mile further away and. At least 1.5 hours over secondary roads...your system does not work at all well if you don n9t kn9wnthe day we f pickup where the drop off will be!

Had to take the trailer an extra 25 miles to the West to drop in off. It would seem that you would offer some sort of discount for the inconvenience related to having to drive an extra 50 miles and consume another 1-1/2 hours to deliver your trailer for you. Personnel and locations on both ends were excellent and helpful.

When I was checking out my truck the gas was less than was was on my contract. The person gettting the truck ready noted this on my contract and made a change. The contract stated 5/8, it was actually between 3/8 and 1/2. I brought it back at 1/2, more than I was suppose too. Also I was charged a cleaning fee. When I called the drop off location she said my blankets were not folded and there were some small twigs. I cleaned out the back, but did not fold the blankets because I was never told too. I would think I should be told to do that not have to read the small print on a contract. I would have gladly folded the blankets. I should get the gas refunded any sense I was never told to fold blankets I should not be charged the $43 dollars.

My pick up was scheduled incorrectly. My drop off was scheduled incorrectly. And my emergency contact was listed incorrectly. Nothing was done correctly on Uhauls . The experience couldn’t have been worse.

The trailer is very unsafe as it does not have a tongue jack. There are no interior lights, so loading/unloading at night is difficult. The interior was clean but the exterior was not.

Tires on the trailer were not great as they had some dry cracks. They rental facility was great however. And there is a very fluffy friendly dog there.

Very customer oriented. Provided valuable information badly needed for our continued trip over and above the trailer rental. Drop off easy, but concerned UHaul blankets we rented in OFallon, IL and left in trailer were credited as returned. Left note on return paperwork.

they stayed open late on a Friday night to assist me. This was so helpful as there was a potential storm coming up and we wanted to get it loaded that night and use it - we were able to do just that with their extending themselves. Thanks so much!

Uhaul changed my location due to inventory. Unfortunately it was 35 more miles away and I had to have soneone else drive me there which incured an additional 70 miles round trip for that help. The truck was dirty out side and inside the cab. The truck drove well. This office was close so I was unable to rate the condition.
