This business should not have uhaul by its name. It's a tire place closed on weekends and woman at counter was horrible. Uhaul should not let weirton tire and auto use their name or logo. Terrible

Aaron CutrightFirst time I rent its .79 cents per mile with 10 days I rent same truck and it's .99 cents per mile. Won't be renting truck again with Uhaul. If location is used you raise mileage cost. No way to keep returning customers!!!
randy thomasChange the return process. We should be paid to return it. I am not tech savvy and it took me 90 minutes to get everything done. I had to take pictures of the inside of the truck which I had not used, I had not even opened the door. I just used it to tow a trailer.

Wayne WhiteNot happy with service. Truck was reserved and U-Haul changed my pick up location. Also, I think I may have been charged for an extra day and this did NOT happen. Truck was one-way and was returned same day. I have emailed to have your company check on my charges. Also, waiting for the pick up location to be fixed by Weirton Tire took and extra hour and 1/2. Weirton tire was very helpful! The communication was lost on your end. Most unhappy. Brenda Brady
Brenda BradyThe battery died 20 min down the road and we were stranded for 3 hrs. Also, the truck had a horrible vibration in the front end. Not sure if it's a bad tire or bad king pin.
Sergio DianaIt took over an hour on the phone with customer service to get checked in. I did not receive the furniture or appliance dolly that I paid for, so everything had to be moved by hand.
Michael RobinsonThe trailer had no jack to pick it up onto the vehicle, this was very inconvenient. Also the hooks on the unit were bent inward making it difficult to hook up. This was in no way the pick up locations fault. This is a design flaw of the trailers.

EDWARD GRACIENot the fault of the location but the drop off time was very misleading and I was charged a late fee that was supposed to be dropped but again I never received a refund.

Auatin MillerUhaul was terrible. Was filthy dirty and would not get out of 2nd gear. Droive it less than 10 miles and had to put $25 of gas into it. The place was closed on Saturday so had to use a lock box to get the key.

Dan FiccaThe app told me to go inside to get my key. The employee was not friendly and had no idea that I was supposed to be there. I had ordered (and paid for) a furniture dolly. That was NOT inside my truck. I like the convenience of the online reservation, but the employees at these places need to know whats going on as well.
Harry NormanInterior drivers side had excessive dirt and debris on the floor. Both cup holders had a sticky residue inside. Seatbelt adjust lever was broke on drivers side. Customer service at this location is always good.

DAVID MCDOWELLThe truck leaked inside the back and of my decoration got wet and ruined them. The motor was making a grinding noise. I have never had such a terrible experience. My items were ruined and I had to pay to get them ruined. I won’t rent uhaul again.

Faith HeathWhen I picked up the u haul the cab was filthy. The last person to rent had eaten the cab and left not only their trash but also rib bones, french fires etc on the floor. There was also an empty beer can and they had smoked heavily in the cab. They had also broke glass that was all over the cabin area and pull out ramp. I had to clean and disinfect the cab area and sweep out the cabin. They also marked the tank at 1/2 full when it was more like 3/8's full, i have pictures. This is not what I expect from u-haul. Had I not been in a condition where I needed the u-haul I would have walked out and left it there and took my chances with Penske. I have pictures of all of this.

Leonard GibbsWe traveled about 45 mins for the trailer we needed. When we finally go there, the trailer was buried in snow and before we left we actually used their shovel to clean the trailer off. This process took 1 hour and was very unprofessional. I will not return to this U-Haul. He also charged me the insurance fee without asking.
SELINA PRETEROTILocation struggled to find someone to help connect the uHaul. I was required to help lift the unit onto the hitch. I eventually had to get the jack out of my truck to lift and place the unit on the ball. All UHaul rental facilities should have a jack to lift the unit and make it easy to hook-up and prevent injuries.
